  1. If this is a Colorado there are a lot of changes to it, I can tell it has a bug deflector. I don't know why but I have a feeling this may be the Silverado. It shares the fog light location with the Tahoe and has the split grill. It could also be a different front bumper for the Tahoe. Josh more info about where this was found or the background may help us figure it out.

I was thinking the same thing.
  3. I will be looking for one in a few years when I have a few kids. This as a daily driver and a Camaro Z28 as a weekend warrior.

So now that the canary is in the mineshaft it will get some company.
  5. Angry Dad how about if the Lucerne were available with the 3.6 HF standard, 5.3 DOD tuned for more finess (say 275 hp) optional, and the N* tuned for more power (say 320) top level. How would you feel about the model lineup there? I think it would rock.
  6. Sounds like reasonable grounds for a case. I would contact a lawyer and see what they have to say.
  7. Some old guy if I recall right? :P
  8. I agree that there is no need for the 4.8 but it does cost less than some versions of the 5.3. Remember the 5.3 has DOD in most applications so that means the 4.8 without the DOD hardware costs less to make.
  9. AH-HA you have previously mentioned the Lambdas as getting a dohc V8 that is not the northstar, correct? Was there any mention of DOD on the V8?
  10. I think that it would depend on how quickly the patient died, cause, and how much effort was put into finding the family. Example If someone is in a car accident and they die en route to the hospital and the family is not contacted immediately. I would be ok with it if the hospital showed it took all the right steps to reach a relative. If the death were slow I say that they may have SOME recourse but not much. If they died because they needed an organ like a kidney or something and a relative would have fit the bill then possibly more action would be possible.

I agree completely Croc. GMT360s are great. When the redesign comes it was supposed to move to a single wheel base smaller than the EXTs and larger than the SWB models. Also it was supposed to have 3 rows of seating. I would actually preffer a GMT360 based pickup over the GMT355 twins. A Trailblazer based pickup would offer more room and improved handling AND better towing capacity than the GMT355s while having more power and better gas mileage than the Dakota or import trucks. This was apparently considered for the GMT360s originally but GM decided that a smaller 355 based pickup would force people to upgrade to the GMT800s. Its quite a shame I think that GM would have owned the midsize truck category instead of not participating in it. Please forgive spelling and grammar issues, didn't get much sleep last night guys.

GMT355 already has along wheel base SUV. It is the MU7 basedon the Isuzu Dmax. It already seats 7 and could be built in Thailand or in the Shreaveport plant with little to no change. http://www.isuzu-tis.com/model/mu7/mu7_main.html You could also put out a short wheel base version as a Chevy to help lower costs on the H3, if needed.

  15. Spinning off Delphi didn't work to well do you think doing it with a different part of the company would work better?

I still think that it will be at one show this year, but anyone that knows for sure won't be talking.

But a show in NY could still be on, it is a month+ later.
  18. Already a thread on it and that is a chop of the BTS. evok even posted in that very thread that it is a chop and while good it doesn't shed light on the next CTS.

GMT 355 is a solid possibility because there are 2 different SUVs on it already (H3 and the MU7 a D-Max based SUV sold overseas.
  25. Ok I understand what you were saying.
