  1. 38k for that tested Lucerne? Yikes. Dump the high tech toys and buy the damn CXS. If I had the money I would be interested in getting this car, why? "Near perfect at the end of a grueling day? Absolutely." If I have to have one car and can't afford the sports car that I desire, then at least give me a nice comfy vehicle that won't make my day worse as I'm commuting home.
  2. Congrats Cadillac. Now how did Acura get anywhere near the top three? So far every Acura dealer I've been to hasn't been a awe-inspiring memory or anything.
  3. I'm a fan of Buick but that wasn't exactly an inspiring or informative interview. I don't care for the Park Ave in its current skin anyways. Make it look more graceful like the Enclave and then give me a holler when its come out of the oven.
  4. Not sure if it's just me, but after seeing it in a real world setting...it looks bland now, like a restyled Impala. Suddenly I'm disappointed. Not to say that it's bad however. It's definitely still better than the outgoing model, but I guess the wow factor has worn off for me.
  5. Coolest roll down windows ever.
  6. The main issue I have with the car is the rear end. It just looks so curvier and less pleasing to the eye as the G35 did. When I saw it at the Dallas Auto Show I had the same thoughts about the car as Edmunds does right now. It's a little more feminine looking, trading the edges for the curves and right now the G35 is the better looker in my book. Who knows, I may change my mind in the future as all cars take some getting used to but the G35 had design aspects that complimented each other very well.
  7. Yeah that wasn't too challenging oldsmoboi, I'm too obsessed with cars to not know the difference.
  8. Probably one of the nicest looking cars on the road today. It looks modern yet not too overdone with the lines.
  9. As much as I think of the new Accord's interior as uninspiring, I fail to see why everyone is heaping praise on the Malibu as if its clearly superior. Design wise I'd say yes, after sitting in the Aura however, material wise I predict no. The Aura's design is nice but everything feels like cheap plastic in there and I'm betting the Malibu's will have a very similar feel. Those expecting some sort of interior materials awesomeness from the Malibu I think will be disappointed.
  10. I think the interior is more of mixing of the current and last gen Accord's interiors into one. The A/C controls are similar to my 02 Accord and the "Y" design theme from the current car is still in there. It just looks more stretched out than it was on the current car. It's tough to beat the current Accord's interior as it's one of the best out there, and it looks like Honda may or may not have topped it with this pic. I'll wait till official pics come out before I pass full judgement but so far, it doesn't look bad, it just looks uninspiring.
  11. Damn that car is sharp. I would definitely recommend darker colors if you want the chrome to contrast better with the rest of the car. That's my personal taste however. I'm also really warming up to the sportcombi, it looks so sleek in that black outfit.
  12. The heck? You're telling me the Sebring was inspired by that? You gotta be kidding me. There is no resemblance except for the headlamps. That's pretty sad.
  13. Sarcasm is fun.
  14. Front actually looks pretty good. Back reminds me of a Versa but eh, its a subcompact. It could look worse. Interior has some neat lighting elements to it too.
  15. hmmm didn't think about it that way. But it still makes my brain shrivel a bit every time I read Caliber and best in the same sentence. Although the overall design isn't bad, I will say that since I was considering a Patriot at one time. The material quality need not be mentioned however.
  16. Did I just see Dodge Caliber somewhere on that list? Please someone explain that to me.
  17. Well the similarities are pretty obvious. The air dam and the fact that they're both the same color can make anyone confuse the two cars
  18. I also give kudos to him for making a beautiful 57' Chevy minus the machine gun barrels also. Very clean car though, the skull shifter is amusing.
  19. Yup same here. Taillights I'm on the fence on, I'm thinking I may come to like them eventually.
  20. Yeah I'm also shocked that no one has made a joke of the xD name yet. Curious though, I was looking through the pics for the xD and noticed the Toyota logo on the engine cover, do all Scions have the big T logo underneath the hood? My friend has a tC but I can't recall what his engine cover had.
  21. I think the xD looks ok actually. The interior thankfully doesn't have the center mounted gauges. The new xB however...yeah and I thought the first one was bad, the 2nd gen is worse.
  22. Yeah, it was a joke
  23. Is Skynet standard?
  24. YES the Regal is back. I've never owned a Regal or Century but I've hated the LaCrosse name since its inception. Plus its pretty hard on the eyes.
  25. One can only hope the Velite comes to see the light of day in the future.
