23 Spy Photos Of Corvette SS Production Mule Up-Close
It was supposedly a Lufthansa employee who leaked these photos. Another reason to love Lufthansa!

Tax Breaks Given on Gas-Guzzling SUVs
Bringing this back up again.......I got an alert from Range Rover about this very thing. The RR is over the 6,000 lb minimum and qualifies for the break. Moltar......did you ever do it? My boyfriend's looking into starting a small business and we're SUV shopping for March. Just something I was curious about.

2006 SEMA Preview: Dodge HEMI Nitro & Panel Van
Interesting......I'm still waiting to see a Nitro in person although I do like the glimpses online that I've seen so far. I was checking out some pix here of other conversions, I so want to go to a SEMA show! Around here it's mostly import tuners that I see on the road.....it'd be cool to watch a real conversion.

Cool Lucerne Navigation Video
$1368? You can even get an aftermarket one for half of that....we just got our hands on a new Tom Tom GO 910 for my boyfriend's car and it's hella sweet! It does everything my in dash Acura nav does - turn by turn, touch screen, text to speech.

Edmunds Evaluation: 2007 BMW X3 3.0si
It's definitely not cute in that gray.....I like it tan though. It's still on our list for our next car but with the RDX $10k less I'm leaning towards the RDX.

Video: LS460 Parking Itself
I saw a similar video on Good Morning America today....sure it's cool but c'mon! I learned to parallel park in an 88 Taurus wagon. Now it's super easy for me to park my TSX. It's all about learning!

2007 Acura MDX Preview
Acura's navi is awesome, it's one of the reasons I want our next car to be an Acura..the RDX comes with the real time traffic monitoring. My TSX doesn't come with it but I do have XM and I get 24/7 weather and traffic thru XM. I love BMW also....X3/X5 are on our short list for a new car and I did like the interior. I haven't spent enough time in an X3/X5 to say I love the interior like I have with my TSX.

Ding on My Hood
I don't think trying PDR would hurt. I have friends who work in insurance and I've seen first hand some amazing PDR work (even saw my friend's car get done!). It's worth a shot, sorry that happened!

What is your next car purchase?
He doesn't want anything that resembles a station wagon! I told him a Magnum is not your mom's old station wagon kind of vehicle but he is adamant on an SUV, doesn't even want a 4 door! He prefers "more manly" looking SUVs which is one reason the Denali is on the list. I like the Commander also.

What is your next car purchase?
Our next car has to be family friendly for our baby boy, coming 3/07! My BF refuses anything too "soccer dad" so no station wagons, not even a Magnum or Volvo! Our picks so far (we really want an SUV type vehicle, babies have lots of gear!) BMX x3/x5 Acura RDX/MDX Nissan Murano GMC Yukon Denali Jeep Commander/Dodge Nitro It's a weird list.....I like some of the choices, he prefers others but at least we have time to choose and decide, we're not in a huge rush right now.

We lost my Dad this morning

I... I Want a Dell!
I've had my 14 inch iBook for just over 2 years, no upgrades needed, and it works like a charm. I do everything on my iBook - run iTunes, burn cds, write papers, edit Excel charts, watch DVDs and Divx movies. No complaints. Plus.....I don't worry about virus/trojans with my Mac. I have security software etc but honestly most programmers don't release cross platform viruses/trojans. Just another thing to think about. If there's an apple store anywhere near you (I'm near DC home of 3 great apple stores in a 20 minute drive radius), spend time checking some out. You could even go the Mac Mini route. Anytime I go to the Apple store I play around with the Cinema Displays (amazing monitors) and the Macbook/Macbook Pro. I don't need any of that stuff but I want it all!

Low Tech me - won an IPOD Nano
You can always update/modify your iPod's playlist from any computer as long as your sticking to the same format - a windows formatted iPod should be recognized on any Windows PC with iTunes, a Mac one will work on another Mac. Be careful with auto syncing your main PC to the iPod, it's a setting in iTunes and if you have autosync selected, you could lose your music when you connect to another computer because the ipod will sync to that second computer. If you have all your music on your home computer and then hook up your iPod to your work computer that only has 10 songs, you could potentially lose what was on your iPod. Simple fix......just go to iTunes preferences and select manually manage rather than auto sync. The websites I linked to earlier have huge FAQ sections that give lots of tips on how to use your new iPod........enjoy!
