For lack of a better term, i could drive it with my eyes closed
  2. I have done a pretty good amount of reasearch on the AFM and how it works. From what i can tell, it is not a system which will require a lot of maintanence. The lifers will be more expensive, but if you need new lifters, you have a bigger issue. The VVT is something i need to do more research on.

  7. Nissan has more than just a couple of plants in tennessee. That is where ALL of their north american business goes on. I am not saying the nissan is an american company persay... but they do have some real investment here.
  8. These things are all over huntsville, al... which is where i grew up. I saw a guy once at the autozone i used to work at who had a grand prix and had to make a ten point turn to get out of a parking spot. These things have more ground clearance than a H2 nowadays. i have a buddy who has made these modifications for the idoits who will spend their money. He makes a killing on them simce he works at a dodge dealer and uses springs off of a one-ton ram to lift the cars. I think that it is junk though.

  16. I noticed that there is at least one guy who is unimpressed with gadgets. Most of the reader opinions were a ten but one guy gave it a six. Another gave it a five.
  17. my sister and i shared a 1989 chrysler lebaron when we were in high school and i drove it for a while in college. My dad traded it off for a civic for my younger sister. Just a month or two after he got rid of it, i saw it seveal times running aound town. I could tell it was mine due to the banged up rear bumber from a fender bender that we never repaired. It was kind of rough when we got rid of it, but the new owner had obviously wrecked it a couple of times.
  18. There are lots of folks like that all over the country. The best way to deal with them is to ignore them and move on.
