Here I have started a draft while doing some analysis at work. It is not complete. I will try to finish it by the end of the day. Take a look at it and tell me if it is going in the right direction. The red denotes incomplete part. Tell me if more points need to be added.

GM previews 18 new models to european journalists
It would be good to know what those 18 vehicles were.

My reply to those verbose BS statement would have been that does Saturn not want previous and current GM owners to buy Saturn vehicles? The Saturn of yore was a "different" company with different product portfolio and budget. With the new Saturn considering how homogenized it is to the GM pantheon, that discrimination does not make sense.

Yeah bring on something like the Vette back with a RWD and good fuel economy. That will more than satisfy 68 and keep him from going back to Nissans (sorry Datsuns). :AH-HA_wink:

NYC's Taxi Fleet Going Green by 2012
May be Aura Hybrid may end up being one, or the Tahoe and the Malibu hybrid.

Cadillac Drivers' Log (CTS)
Yes, that is just stupid thinking. The real problem comes when you use the parking break to put your car in drive for the manual transmission on a hill accent. Wonder how are you going to release the parking break with the left foot still on the clutch!

More 2008 Cadillac CTS Pics
+1. It is certainly a car which will loose its personality with the front license plates.

More 2008 Cadillac CTS Pics
They do not have to worry too much though because media will be on their side. The concluding remarks of CTS's road tests will be in the tone of, "Cadlillac builds a better CTS, but it is still a few inches away from the Bavarian or Japanese runners."

Thanks for the Pictures Sir, The white RL Sky looks gorgeous IMO. It looks more expensive and stylish. Never could say that for a white colored vehicle before.

A Question for CD
So is it reasonable to assume that the Turbo will be visibly the same as the Supercharged version in the 08, or that we can expect a little bit of better exhausts and new rims? I think with the new found HP gain, GM might go to fatter set of rubber than the "skinny" 215 found on the Supercharged.

Great Camaro thread with Fbodfather question
Seeing how heavy the new Zetas are, (about 3900 lb for the Holden SS), I want the Camaro V-6 to weigh not more than 3400 lb. I think dimensionally Camaro will be smaller than the Zetas, thus that weight should be achievable. That will help it give a real run for money to G37, and 335Ci in terms of performance with the 3.6DI.

SPY SHOTS! 2008 Honda Accord sedan
Guys there is no point in arguing with GXT. He just pulls out numbers from his hiney and then hides off from the thread when asked for their sources. He is yet to answer questions about Volt, Hybrids, etc. He is a sadist who "coincidentally" hates GM.

A Question for CD
Mr. Lensman, If Cobalt SS Turbo is supposed to bow in 2008, have there been any mule spottings for it, just like the HHR SS? Because we have not seen ANY of its spy pictures.

what do you think about europen cars?
Deds, 1. The concept of small cars in USA is different than across the Atlantic Ocean. In Europe, only size is the difference between a smaller car and larger car. Otherwise people expect and pay for the same utilities and amenities found in a larger car. In US, small cars are cheap and basic transportations. Although the thoughts and people's buying habits are changing, we are still a long way to go to adapt to small, "luxurious" cars as you are referring to and that is the reason why Peugeot and Citroen will not be able to make a case of selling their small vehicles here. If you look at the statistics, apart from Mini, no other small luxurious car is doing well here, not even an Audi A3. That is why MB abandoned A and B classes and BMW is taking a long to put the 1-series in market here. 2. Regarding the Chevy sucking in Europe, may be you should demand more from GM :AH-HA_wink: . Chevy is basically taking over where Daewoo left. Personally I do not like that idea, but GM execs see Chevy as an entry level brand and thus are pursuing its cars from Korea. I think they should sell the RWD Camaros and Impalas (when it becomes available) and even Malibus in small numbers in Europe. May be brutes like Silverado in limited quantities and diesel won't hurt. 3. The interiors of Renault, Peugeot and Citroen may be working and even efficient, but they are .

Yes, but the origin of the name is French.
