Failure of General Motors PR
GM needs a PR offensive. It needs to start with the Solstice and continue with every new or significant model across the board. It needs to show both EPA and real world fuel economy numbers. And it absolutely, positively has to be better, more intriguing and more exciting than everyone else. If PR cant get its act together, it doesn't matter if Captain Rick isn't there to talk shop with the media.

Road and Track: ZO6 VS Viper
The Z-06 is an amazing car no matter how you slice it. Think of it this way, if you want more performance take the extra 20 Grand to Lingenfelter Performance Engineering and I am SURE they will give you something to outrun the Viper.

Cadillac unveils 'King of Bling' Escalade
King of Bling? I dont know if I like that title. Maybe "King Cadillac" would be better. Bling is a word that needs to disappear.

Buick Announces Pricing for All New 2006 Lucerne
Unfortunately Buick does! But I digress... This car can be successful if they market it right. Build the customer base before you start running your mouth. Otherwise, GM will be laughed at for overpromising and under delivering.

Buick Announces Pricing for All New 2006 Lucerne
If Buick would have released it in a simple 2 model line-up I think they would have had a hit. Also, to really complete with the likes of Lexus and Infiniti, then only the Northstar V-8 and 3.5 DOHC V-6 should be offered. I have no problems with the starting base price, but then to really make a statement, keep your option packages simple and relatively expensive. To rebuild Buick is going to take time. It may not be as profitiable as GM would hope, but I really believe it can be done. It just cant be done overnight.

Buick Announces Pricing for All New 2006 Lucerne
I dont know. After seeing a couple DTSs this week, maybe a black DTS would be worth the extra 15k. Those are truly impressive cars when you see them in person.

Buick Announces Pricing for All New 2006 Lucerne
I like the Lucerne a lot, and have even thought about getting one, but come on. To say that it would compete with the Infinity M-35/45 is asking a lot. It costs too much for too little features and then that name...

2007 Chevrolet Tahoe Pics and Information
I like everything about the new trucks except that the 6-speeds are only available with the biggest engines. They need to offere these with all engines not just the big ones. GM is going to be talked about badly for not making this transmission standard across the range.

2007 Chevy Tahoe Unveiling
Well I can hardly wait to see any of them. The sooner the better. I hope someone gets pictures and posts them as soon as possible.

Civic "Real Life" Photo Gallery

GM Mulls AWD Cobalt
If they add AWD to the cobalt they should really make it an option across the board of other cars. While the Cobalt is nice, why not offer AWD on cars that really NEED it. Like the Grand Prix GXP for instance.

NEW spy pic of Escalade EXT front...
Looks good from what can be seen. If they are under wraps, I am sure that there are going to be some more spy shots coming out soon.

General Motors Rolls Out Employee Pricing Plus
Thats a great deal on the GTP, but where is the profit in this?

Lutz talks about a streched Kappa for Pontiac (MT)
I think we all agree they SHOULD do it. But I think of it like this, if the GMT900 doesnt at least look like it will break even, then dont expect big spending from GM anytime soon. I just will have to wait and see.

TrailBlazer SS numbers
Yeah a blue on would be nice. Maybe when gas prices go down a bit.

MSN Autos: 2006 Cadillac DTS Review
They did a nice job cleaning up the DTS. I figure with AWD and another 60hp it would eat up the competition. I remember reading that XMS of Southern California was working on a supercharger for the Northstar. I couldn't imagine what some managed extra horses would do for this car.

The BLS: Cadillac Continues Global Growth
Overall it's a nice car. Since it won't be coming here soon, lets hope the Europeans like it.

HUMMERS and Monsters and Bears ... Oh My!
That was one of the funniest commercials I have seen since the Budweiser Bullfrogs.

Lansing Overtime
I'm starting to see that its not the pricing but the feeling of getting a great deal that drives people to buy at "Employee" prices. Value Pricing isn't much different but people don't see it as good of a deal. If GM came out and said, Value=Employee when it comes to pricing, then maybe people would notice.

Buick 2006 - 2010
I still say Buick needs a big, proudly Buick sedan. Roadmaster just isnt the name i would pick though.

Transcript of Jill Lajdziak's Speech at the 2005 T
This has to be a commercial. If not now then definitely by the end of the year. Its a great story.

GMT900 Exposed: The Avalanche!
I like it. The bigger wheel and tire package helps a lot. So if the Avalance looks this classy, what will the EXT look like? Hmmm.....

Rumors On Blue Devil, Sixteen, z06, H4 & More
As much as I would love to believe ALL of this, some does work. The Camaro and Corvette, I definitely see making it to production. But come on, Buick Roadmaster? One, the name says really old people. Two, do we really need another 2 seat luxo cruiser? I thought cadillac had that sewed up. Now if it was a lengthened 'Vette chassis, so it could seat four, then I would believe it.
