2007 Lexus ES350 - First Pics.
To those who realize how impressive the Camry is, this new Lexus ES350 is going to be incredibly luxurious for an ENTRY-level, "Near" luxury vehicle..

2007 Lexus ES350 - First Pics.
Bluesman.. Don't waste your time.. You're exactly right. The styling theme is excellent and doing Lexus very well.. When people say things like "Cadillac is getting it right" in regards to how their designs are not too close - and then mention the current CTS and STS in the next sentence, you know something's wrong.. Even I have trouble distinguishing the two and I'm the biggest Caddy fan here... Don't waste your breath - or your energy...

TCC: 2007 Toyota Camry Review
The things that stand out to me are: Smart key and Standard features on the XLE which include a moonroof, real woodgrain, and reclining rear seats. Reclining rear seats... Smart key is very nice as well.. I agree that the Sport model of the Camry looks ridiculous.. But the days of a decent-looking Camry are certainly not gone. That's silly. It's much better to be unbiased, Flybrian. You get more credibility that way. To say this is not a "decent" looking car - I don't know.. Is just wrong. You can not like it.. That's fine.. I'm a GM fanatic - I love Cadillacs first and foremost. But I can admit when something else is better - and hope things change...

Official 2007 Camry Pics & Details
If it looked like a Rolls Royce it would cost more than their targeted market could afford.

Lexus Reveals 2007 LS 460
Sal Collaziano replied to CSpec's post in a topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)Thank you for the review.. And I agree on the interior - I wish Cadillac would go this route.. Instead, they're making BMW-like hard, cold interiors... Imagine? Even Cadillac is chasing after "Toyota"...

Lexus Reveals 2007 LS 460
Sal Collaziano replied to CSpec's post in a topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)Go ahead. Call it Toyota.. That only makes the competition cringe harder... At any cost, Lexus' are built in the most technologically advanced factories in the world - Toyotas are not... So they "are" different...

Lexus Reveals 2007 LS 460
Sal Collaziano replied to CSpec's post in a topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)I'm seeing a lot of people here say that Cadillac should be taking notes from this Lexus LS.. Well, you're right.. Cadillac used to make cars like this.. Ever hear of the Fleetwood Talisman? Google it.. Or here's a couple of quick pictures: http://www.cadillacforums.com/cadillac/fleetwood/talis.html Cadillac needs to step up to the plate and make a comfortable, luxurious vehicle like this.. I'm 100% positive Cadillac can make a better exterior and I'm sure they can at least match the interior for comfort, warmness, etcetera...

Lexus Reveals 2007 LS 460
Sal Collaziano replied to CSpec's post in a topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)Look closely now.. Look at all those "typically" misaligned pieces that Lexus is so well-known for. This design is daring - not safe. This is what you come up with when you don't rest on your laurels.

Lexus Reveals 2007 LS 460
Sal Collaziano replied to CSpec's post in a topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)Heh! Gimme a break! No design? This is a car for people with no desire for elegance or taste? I understand your point with "heritage", but even Mercedes had to start somewhere. It's the only thing they have over Lexus anymore - which is why they're pushing it with their new commercials... These images are for people with no desire for elegance or taste:

'06 Camry solid
The new Camry is very nice and I'm sure it's going to sell a lot. It's better than the outgoing model in many ways. It's even got decent power now.. The interior looks classy and comfortable.. That being said, I'm VERY proud of Ford with it's Fusion, Zephyr and Milan. I've sat the Zephyr and I'm still waiting to sit in the Fusion - but they're all very nice.. Ford took the kind of leap that GM needs to take. While GM is getting better and better every year, so it Toyota and Honda. Ford is closing-in; GM is not...
