Boring Desktop? Spice it up with some Pontiac Power!
These are excellent, I wonder if you could make me a 1280 x 1024? Edit - You don't need to bother, the wallpaper looks perfect even when stretched.

Cadillac to Debut GM's Powerful New V6 Clean Diesel
I'm all for the idea of offering a diesel in America, but they should also offer a smaller (say something like 2.0 or maybe 1.4) less expensive diesel, for those of us who cannot even afford a midsize.

It's measured in gross not net.

Buick Dealers Don't Want Statesman
GM should tell the dealer to go **** themselves! If they don't want it, force it on them! Stupid dealers!

HHR Swims Across the Pond
Our friends across the pond hate us (*), why do you think they would buy one of our cars (*), and especially without a diesel option?! * What I understood from Top Gear, they hate America and American cars, I know Top Gear isn't all of Europe, but still...

What will replace the SRX? Cadillac can't abandon the Xover market.

Definite: There will be a new Acura CL
If it's true then Acura deserves credit for it. Unlike Toyota/Lexus which since long ago abandoned sports cars and now they are abandoning coupes. At least there will be something desireable at Acura.

Really great! But why did it take so long?

CHICAGO: 2008 Ford Taurus
Smart move, I never thought it would return, and now I can't be happier. It took them balls to admit that killing the Taurus was a mistake.

Volkswagen AG to acquire 51% stake in Proton
I wish GM had acquired them, they'd benefited out of them in having a producer of low cost vehicles, which in turn yields exponential growth in key markets like China and India, not to forget everyone's darling Lotus and how GM might benefit from their engineering capabilities.

Cadillac Europe Limping Along
It really doesn't matter how much Cadillac sells in Europe, as long as they are selling cars and at a profit. Cadillac has almost no recognition in Europe, so being there for just the sake of being there is good enough for Cadillac. Given time Cadillac will gain recognition and costumers.

Letter to GM from Edmonds.com president
The industry was suprised by the new Lambdas. Just shows that when GM can shock everyone and build the best vehicles ever! No one expected this! All thought GM was an ailing giant.

Official 2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class images
The interior is terrible, the CTS is way better than the new C-Class.

Has the phase out of Oldsmobile changed your views of GM
Phasing Oldsmobile makes me fear that another brand might be phased as well! GM should of never phased Oldsmobile! They've lost a lot of sales because of it, and we lost a great american company! I'm still disapointed and wish if it never happened..

Whats next for XLR?
It needs a major interior overhaul, same goes for it's sibling the Corvette. I know from rumors floating on the web that it will be replaced sometime around 2012, but it can't stay that long without an update.

Tonawanda Gets $300 Million To Build GM's Newest Engine
They should keep the Northstar name and offer it in various displacements ranging between 4.6 and 5.4, with hp ranging between 400 and 450, plus offering turbocharging that would get it up to 550hp. This should make the new Northstar the segment leader in hp and torque.

Great news , glad to know that GM is highly regarded outside NA. I wish the same was happening in NA BTW, the new VE Caprice and the new GMT900 have been launched in the ME.
