I was just checking out the Weather Channel. Ike is a huge storm. Its going to do a lot of damage. As far as gas goes: I left for work this morning at 4:15 am every gas station I passed the price for regular was $3.51, when I got gas this evening I paid $3.86. Appearantly by tomorrow it will go past the $4 mark and it will be rationed. 10 gal. limit

I did this road trip a couple of years ago Woke up 6:45am on a Friday went to work. Right about 10:45pm a friend of mine shows up and she says that I need to go with her to pick up another friend. So we leave right there and go from Fredericksburg down to Wytheville VA(right on the border with TN) and back here at home at 1:30pm Saturday afternoon. I was asleep from 1:45pm on Saturday untill 9:30am Sunday morning.

A new Dodge Challenger , orange, on the road, and a black Challenger on a car hauler headed to a dealership.

Around here its about $3.55 or so. I honestly thought it would go to $5.00 or more by this time of year.

We had a towing company do the same thing with my Mom's car. They kept saying they were closed or no one was available at the lot to help, and that was when they actually answered thier phone. So we had the lawyer call, after that the towing company was quite cooperative

I understand how you feel. When my Mom had her accident 6 months ago, she wasn't even expected to last 48 hours. That's a hard pill to swallow. My Mom's accident happened back in December on the day of my parents wedding anniversary, we had christmas without her, and that sucked. There was no christmas spirit in our family. I went to see my Mom at the hospital on christmas eve the hardest thing I ever did was walk out of that hospital room that night and leave my Mom behind. The hospital was some 70 miles from the house, and I cried the eniter way home, when I heard a happy christmas song I almost ripped my radio out. The happy ending is now, she is pretty much being back to normal, she can walk and drive and she is back at work. My heart just breaks for you because I have been there and can relate to it.

I totally agree. Get a lawyer, any questions the insurance company has, they can contact the lawyer and you answer through the lawyer

I agree with Dodgefan and CaminoLS6, I like the weather 60s-70s with low humidity. When I came home at 10pm it was still 91 outside, I really hate this time of year. Of course its storm season too, we had some strong thunderstorms come through our area on Wednesday that brought tornados, which doesn't happen often here.
