  3. OK, so, hi. Seems to be working so far, thanks for the manuel override, Drew.
  4. I'm having a hard time staying in here, the site constantly directs me to a page stating that my "email address is no longer accepting mail. Please enter a new email address to continue." Then it asks me if I'm a robot. I also think there's something wrong with my mouse, it wants to double click when I single click. Could they be related? This took me like 10 tries to post.

  8. I was answering a question about a LINCOLN EV that Moltar posed. Lincoln is a brand of the Ford Motor Company, not General Motors. Well... YOU said "more investment is needed", now you're saying it's not needed? Confused here.

  11. Now see, that is a very handsome machine. If I had money and a big enough garage, I'd try to leverage my employee discount and get myself one. DO IT! YOLO!

  13. I chickened out on attempting to put my new bathroom floor down (LVP), I called a guy in, and he was at my place in 24 hours, had it done in about 2 hours, did a great job. Got the room painted first, resurfaced the closet shelves. After the floor was down I put up new base moldings and PVC wainscoting on the short wall so I could put in my new toilet. Put a new baseboard heater on the long wall. Still have to do the wainscoting on the long wall and put in a new faucet. So the project is coming along nicely and I'm proud of myself. I do hate fooling with water shut-off valves. Turning the water back on at the short supply lines is a trick because they always drip until they're turned at the EXACT angle necessary. Does anyone know a secret to avoiding this problem?
  14. Well there WAS one announced, the stillborn Rivian joint venture that fell through.

  18. Yeah, where's Dwight, and USA-1, and Casa, etc. I know I recently begged a good guy, very long-time poster, to stay, despite the slant. He stayed, but he restricts himself to a very neutral area. Sad when some views are held to a different standard to the point that very good people just don't want to post. It's the varying views that spark discourse. A forum dies when every bird sings the same song. Watch the lower right corner of this space.
  19. OH.MY.GOD. Anyway... I went back and read my previous pertinent comments in this thread (it's an oldie) and I still hold the same opinion. That is all, enjoy your wknd.
  20. Silly. What could possibly warrant a red arrow on that post? It is 100% factual.
