LOL Chevy Bolt is NUMBER 83 on a list of cars with a percentage of US parts. Nissan Rogue is number 89. And there are other foreign-branded vehicles, including Nissans, WAY higher on that list than the Bolt.

Why does unwanted, unrelated content keep getting posted in this thread? The 2022 Rogue Sport absolutely effing BLOWS AWAY (excuse my French) the 2022 Chevy Bolt in every category that counts. Looks Value Anxiety-free fueling AWD Driving range Price Cargo capacity Coolness factor Comfort (ZERO GRAVITY SEATS, baybee!)

I like to think of myself as Bob Barker in this scenario, with oldshurst442 being Adam Sandler.

Does the loop part flex, extending and contracting the fluted tip?

Silly comparison, nothing to do with transmission type and everything to do with horsepower, curb weight, aero, etc. Way to "move the bar", smk, I mean surreal.

Looks like some kind of old burner/torch tip. Not sure.

??? NOWHERE did I say a CVT was better than a crappy one-speed current transfer unit in an EV. But it is certainly NO WORSE. Pretty sure the current Qashqai is one of, if not the best selling CUV in its class in Europe, where it is designed. It is night and day better than the current model sold here, and even that sells pretty well. This is a daily driver, and when put into proper perspective, this new one is a pretty nice one.

LOL what does an EV have for a "transmission"? A single-speed load of BS.

There aren't any left to be played. Statue's played every last one of them over on the "What Are You Listening To" thread.

Surreal, stop with the jealousy. Just because I shot Statue with a zinger this time, doesn't mean I don't have more for you. Stay tuned! Well I would drag you by the hair, but

But I am not a K-pop princess. For that, may I present to you... a mirror.
  22. LOL the only substantive difference is the lower MSRP of the base model. Where before GM was forced to rebate the heck out of these to move a paltry number per year, now it is priced closer (still $10k too high based on real world value) to actual transaction price BEFORE dangling the carrot of ginormous rebates. Silly.

EVERY.SINGLE.THREAD. Surreal, c'mon man, you know it's true. If there were a thread about wanking in here, Statue would be whacking off on a tangent about battery powered personal appliances.

I love those "diagonal test" vids over onto the YouTube, where they test 4WD/AWD effectiveness on a severe diagonal ramp test (on dry asphalt). The Nissan Rogue was among the better systems, as illustrated. A CUV with a "4WD/AWD Lock" button seems like they're trying harder. GM, Hyundai/Kia, Jeep and any other OEM gets a thumbs up from me on that. The new Tucson is a good looking CUV. SavageGeese really likes the new Rogue. I would get the base S in AWD, or, for the price, I could get the sportier, smaller Rogue Sport for the same money but in a higher trim level. I would want heated seats/wheel like I have now, but I'd also like to have nav. When nav systems first appeared widespread, I was anti, but now I think it would come in handy. In my line of work, I get to speak to a lot of ppl in light conversation about their cars. There are a good number of all-Nissan families.
