  1. Some good phones, but nothing too compelling has happened in Android devices or software for anyone who bought a flagship 2 years ago IMO unless they are gadget freaks who always need the latest and greatest. The S6 is nice but wow they went full into aping Apple again with that frame. Also, isn't there a 64gb version of the N6?
  2. Looks like when you copy html from GMI it keeps the links
  3. The OS upgrades seemed to by hyped so much by the enthusiast community but they're really so incremental it's hard to get excited over them.. Just annoying when your not too old phone doesn't get them and you continue to run with the old OS or go with a new but slightly buggy ROM. I really like the form factor of my wife's LG G2, 5.2" with a small bezel. Still using the original HTC One M7 for myself.
  4. Looks ok.. A little like they got some former Saturn designers working on it along with some help from Kia. The front and especially rear are a little too busy IMO.
  5. Concept looks nice, but would it translate well to a production model? Anyways, I hope they go for it.
  6. Looks decent, but like an update that would come out after 3 years on the market not 5+. Hopefully the all new model won't be more than a few years away.
  7. Ticks all the boxes, lets see if the public buys it. I thought the current CTS was a homerun too but it did not translate to sales.
  8. The front end ruins it for me too, rest looks pretty good and hopefully the rear leg room is much better.
  9. A few less impressive details but I am pretty keen overall on the interior and exterior. It's everything else I read about it frequently in reviews (transmission, ride on the S model) that gives me pause. Have not had the opportunity to drive one.
  10. Note to self, don't buy a car with this tranny unless I have the time to deal with potential issues.
  11. Looks like tweaks that could have been done 2-3 years ago, with a new model arriving at dealers this year.
  12. 50K Euro for a full time bus driver seems too low to me. Dublin is not a cheap place to live.
  13. Spec bumps look good, interior looks good. Exterior I get too much of a Kia Forte vibe more than Honda, wish it was a bit more distinct aside from the grille. Will be interesting to see how different the next Cruze will look.
  14. I know they don't attract the same type of buyer, but around here the "premium" fwd sedan bargain is currently the clearout Nissan Maxima, something like 10K+ off sticker.
  15. Your own little new car soap opera
  16. Driving experience aside, I still cannot accept the trunk space compromise the hybrid sedans ask of us. Maybe CUV's would make better hybrid candidates.
  17. I think the Mazda in particular would make a nice commuting car and would be fine (and easier on the wallet!) with the smaller engine option.
  18. Hah... if Mazda is bland/boring, I'd like to hear what company makes cars in the same segments that are less boring!
  19. This segment seems to be filling in with choices quickly.
  20. They would do well to give it the 4 cylinder engine/transmission combo from the base TLX with the 8 speed dual clutch that is getting very good reviews. Interior needs a big workover, and the exterior could use some work too.
  21. Very lame move by very lame parties.
