  1. Nice car, just too bad about the wing.. Even in the ricer crowd I thought that trend died a few years back. Also too bad there is no footage in car of the car being driven hard.
  2. Has anyone ever seen one of those G6 GTP coupe bugs bunny eyesores on the road?

Check tire condition and budget for a new set if necessary.
  4. I drove one today and spent some time playing with interior bits, but it was a "pre-production" model according to the marketing company putting on the event. Hopefully some of the cheap bits I felt in the interior are much improved on the production version (every storage big in the interior opened and closed cheaply and was full plastic with no rubber on the bottoms). Styling wise the interior is a winner for sure. The list price of the model I drove was 40K Canadian.. too much for a car with the NA motor.

Depends on their budget.. Add Sonata in the mix there too with its 35mpg rating and its crazy warranty. Really any car over 32mpg or more would be decent, anything less is pretty lame for a 2010 model 4 banger.
  6. The lousy fuel economy (on a new for 2011 relatively small interior four cylinder car) compared to the Sonata is more glaring than the HP difference IMO. Despite that lack of achievement I do prefer the Regal.

Is pothead worse than alcoholic??? I don't think so.

It makes sense from a tax revenue standpoint from all the growers and sellers. I'll continue enjoy it at the same pace every few weeks or so either way since its so easy to acquire here and its never given me a hangover. Its also easy to use incognito when out at an outdoor concert or camping (like baked into homegrown granola etc). That's the scary part, you can pop a couple THC pills (the part that gets you high) like vitamins, its almost too easy/quick. I'll never go back to smoking it. If it does happen I hope the costs don't escalate above those of alcohol (which is heavily taxed up here).
  9. I have yet to drive a v6 fwd sedan that did not feel unfortunately heavy.. So I think I may try this car out to see how it feels just to satisfy my curiousity. I have no idea why they have managed this power and fuel economy combination on regular fuel, is there another car that comes close (like within 5% on both figures)??
  10. We've watched with a sense of awe as Hyundai has gone from a discount also-ran brand into a genuine industry powerhouse in startlingly short order. But we've also long suspected that its vehicles have gained so much ground by being among the best values in their respective segments – not because they've necessarily been the best vehicles to drive. The addition of the Genesis Coupe may have served notice that Hyundai isn't content to just be the industry's value leader (see Battle of the Sixes), but the keystone draw of most of the brand's offerings has remained their affordability. Which is not to suggest this is a bad thing – Hyundai's steroidal growth speaks to the inherent soundness of its strategy. But as enthusiasts, we've been waiting for the company to not only out-value, but to categorically outsmart and outplay its rivals. With introduction of the 2011 Sonata, Hyundai appears to have done exactly that. http://www.autoblog.com/2010/07/12/first-drive-2011-hyundai-sonata-2-0t-brings-turbo-to-main-stree/ 22/34 mpg

Enjoy it! Honestly my favourite PS3 title is Little Big Planet, its so much fun with a group of people even if they're not very good gamers.
  12. When I had XM I remember turning on the 80's channel and hearing Casey Kasem's countdown on the weekends, sure put a smile on my face!

Hookah spots are a plenty around here.. and they have tabacco free shisha options as well for those so inclined. Heck the food court in the mall across the street sells hookah's, bongs, rolling papers etc etc, right between the taco bell and friendly greek.
  14. Hahahaa that was pretty well done
  15. Saw my first 240sx in a long time today.
  16. Chevrolet Corvette - 90% of the time daily driver April -> November Ford Taurus SHO - The rest of the time Jeep Commander - transport stuff i don't want to use the others for (mountain bikes, snowboarding, home stuff etc).
  17. Trips to Barbados, driving a friend's 2008 Suzuki sx4, and a rental 2007 Toyota Corolla GLI (quite a bit stiffer suspension than the NA version). No manual transmission experience. The Barbados roads vary in quality, don't have many straights, all roundabout based and are not lit at night (along with barely any road signs).. All the directions you get to go places were based on buildings or trees and not street names. Due to the slim roads, sometimes the side mirros would be hitting sugarcane fields at the side of the road when you had the share the road with oncoming trucks. I found myself tripping the windshield wipers when attempting to signal way too often.. so I just started driving like everyone else and didn't bother signalling after a while.
  18. The Queens of 80's freestyle and a guilty pleasure of mine... Expose Hey it could be worse, I could have said Stevie B
  19. Hmmm my dd is actually my GF's car so I don't think I'd be wise to see what chicks I could pick up with it as bait.

  21. How do we know its easier to overcome until we see how their sedans do in the North American market? Hopefully their dealerships are up to the task of being inviting to younger buyers.
  22. Yikes Microsoft decided not to release the Courier dual screen tablet they've showed off too.. Looks like no one thinks they can compete well enough with the iPad. Another near monopoly.. http://www.engadget.com/2010/04/29/microsoft-confirms-kills-courier-in-one-fell-swoop/
  23. Looks like HP has decided not to release their Windows 7 based tablet they had previewed earlier this year. http://techcrunch.com/2010/04/29/hewlett-packard-to-kill-windows-7-tablet-project/

I like the turbo regal and would probably pick a decently optioned 2011 v6 mustang for a relatively livable pony car.
