  1. Wow. Italy has some very creative street names (Chiasso delle Zingare (Narrow Alley of the Gypsy Woman)), but this just takes the cake! lol

That's awesome! "Cheese and sauce consuming beasts."

I'm a fan of Rhett and Link... they did their own Taco Bell drive-thru song. As for Papa Johns and Dominos, yes, online ordering/paying, freakishly accurate tracking, etc., is awesome, but what sucks is the quality of the product that arrives. I can only order them if I'm not in the mood to eat Italian food. If I can get myself in that mind-frame, it's not so bad. I will say I dig those little choco pastry thingies that Papa Johns has. Or Buffalo Chicken Kickers from Dominos.
  4. Here's what I mean by the HVAC temp controls: 2008: 2009:
  5. It's interesting... one TINY and ODD thing I noticed that I didn't mention to anyone because I just thought it was so insignificant, was that I noticed a difference in the Impala's HVAC controls between 2008 and 2009... it's SUCH a tiny difference it's almost like saying, "Why on earth did they do that?!" Apparently, the only difference I noticed is that the temp dials on the manual dual zone climate control have raised switches in the 2009. I'm going to see if I can find some pictures.
  6. Happy Birthday man!
  7. 370Z Accord Coupe Mini Cooper
  8. I am sold. Lemme see the interior.
  9. Okay, I'll bite. I HATE 5-doors but this looks nice. As long as Buick gives a small premium sedan with it, I'll give a thumbs up. Just do the interior really sweet and offer a decent powertrain. The Astra we have now was really lacking not offering a second engine.
  10. Hmmm... give up your freedom with a 500 dollar per ATM limit?
  11. My best friend plans on selling his Toyota for a Volt.
  12. Although I'm no expert, I would say you have a good eye for photography Cory.
  13. That's an awesome color! Then again, I'm a fan of most shades of blue!
  14. Thanks WMJ... it looks different than the original I had. Let me see if the one I bought fits inside the armrest. If it doesn't, I'll return it and take yours. Thanks again!
  15. Well, I don't have them anymore, but they looked pretty much like the ones in the picture.
  16. Thank you so much WMJ... I wish I had seen this message this morning. I went and got it. They say 14 day money back guarantee, so if you still have the double, I'd be willing to give you some money for it. Originally the car had the double. I'll admit, I was never a huge fan of it because it didn't really support the drinks well, but at this point anything is better than me holding it. I'm sick of waiting for the window to roll up so slowly while I'm driving and hoping that the cup sitting on the center hump doesn't tip until I can grab it again. I still love my Century, despite it's little flaws that irritate the ---- out of me.
  17. That's what I was thinking too. Thanks Satty.
  18. Okay, 1994 Century. The cupholder in the armrest is broken. I threw it out a while back. Since I've become an avid tea drinker in the morning and putting it in a travel mug, I'm tired of holding beverages while I drive anywhere. I found this, a cupholder to replace the one in the armrest. The guy advertises it for a Buick LeSabre/Park Ave, some Caddy and Olds too, but said it may work in other models. How can I find out if this will work in mine? Was it a standard cupholder mechanism used in GM armrests? eBay Cupholder Link Thingy Anyone know?
  19. That's a hot little coupe! I would love a Buick coupe. Name it Riviera and give me the money and SOLD!
  20. Thank you. I have more knee room in a Corolla. I'm 6'3" and my right knee is pressed against the dash when driving because it comes out as it heads towards the center stack. Doesn't do that with the Corolla.
  21. I've cut back on a few things here/there. Unfortunately, I've been really watching the type of products/food that enter my house. I've been more actively recycling and buying organic meats/produce. Because it's more expensive to do that, money I saved in other areas has essentially evened out. Here's where I save: 51.00 a month for my car insurance. LOL

I've seen many idle at around 1250 when started up.
  23. Well, that's very ambitious, but like the last line states: "But while carmakers continue to extract as much efficiency out of their cars, we hope aesthetics don't get laid completely by the wayside." I just hope everything doesn't end up looking like a Prius/Insight.
  24. My dad was so upset when Pontiac started changing names and even more upset when the death was announced--his first car was a Bonneville... not sure what year, but he talks about it to this day like no other car has even come close (although he LOVED his LeSabre and is thrilled with his Lucerne--just doesn't get the same look in his eye than when he talks about the ol' Bonneville).

Isn't the performance side the whole point of the Super series?
