Something I just want to point out from that article that is extremely important. Keep a journal of what you eat. My mother is prone to migranes and she found out it was being caused by certain types of food. Apparently Nitraits that are used in the process of making smoked meats <bacon, hot dogs, ham> cause her migraines. Also most types of red wine. Best of luck
