Hate to bring back a month old thread but it may have some kick left in it. I'd rather buy a Lexus over a Buick anyday. Regardless of the price, its just a much nicer car. I dont care what you will say, a IS350 is more fun to drive then the comperable Buick. Ok so ive never driven the Buick but I will rest assured its nice as nice. Why the Japs dont buy them? I dont know, but the IS is also better then any Toyota badged car I know of. Hah, I guess that is why the 'glorified' cavy sold like hotcakes in Japan...

Wow... first off, since when did the chopping thread become so popular again? Its nice see the participation. Nice one camaroman, I kinda like that look. It looks more modern but is still distinctively camaro. Maybe the reverse scoop thing was taking it a little far but it adds boldness. Heh, BHG... I know how you feel. My car's got a BHG but its also got an aluminum head. That means if i go through too many heat cycles, it could "meltdown" and warp the head. Dont know what your cylinder head is, though. It wouldnt make a world of difference if your leak was small though. Also if you had a water jacket to oil jacket leak, youd have needed to change the oil and coolant constantly, as im sure you would have done. New generally HG cost about 100 bucks or so depending. Hope you get things worked out, whatever you decide to do BV. B)

Its cool.. Im building a 71 t/a model right now and it is almost identical. I think the front nose cone area is odd lookin for some reason. Its cool retro but needs some improvements... given some years, we'll have to wait and see.

To sort of explain what he means here is an excert from Popular Science's December 2005 issue. It is a exagerated in some areas as some of the auto tech in there is... That is a good idea no doubt but imo i would not pay $50 grand for a hybrid with this system. Nether though would anyol' person looking to buy a "money saving" hybrid.

ASO, ur drawing reminds me of mitsubishis new Concept X (Lancer?) or w/e that thing is called. The looks like it needs to be beefed up and have a slightly bigger deck. But its a good drawing, and the look is pretty innovative.

oopss... i swear i have ADD. There is a lot more i wanted to do to the picture but didnt have time for (esp fixing left headlight). I had to rush through much of it despite the extended time period. This one was fun though so i might finish it and put it in the member showcase. What i wanted to achieve was a more gto-ish gto.

Northy idk if u meant its over on the 5th as in an hour ago or as in in 23 hours. Im hoping u meant the end of tomorrow... err today. i have an entry coming.

I sure did. i started on monday when i was off school but as soon as the week got rollin, i never had energy for it. IMO I think now that school is in full swing for some of us its not givin much needed time for any chops. i might finish one tonight but so far i dont think itll turn out. there no "AAHHA!" felling goin on with it. BTW Buddy, that is awesome. What options are under the hood?

yeh we had just done a cobalt ss chop before the site got.. eh, revamped? and as it turned out i won B) lucky chance. Maybe we could do a g6 again. We really need some fun chops and some cars with angles. the sky chop was fun. then again there are only so many new or "chopable" cars. petition aside, keep it up northy.

yeh cww, i think they sarcastically call that the anti-chevy... lol ive seen people be accused of it. It happens (esp. if ur not the biggest chevy fan ^_^ ). oh well btw buddyP, the elC looks awesome.
