  1. You can get an eSATA enclosure for like 20 bucks. Throw the drive in there and connect it to the old comp via USB and pull the files off.
  2. The Envoy is actually a pretty significant update for 08. Probably at the same level of the 2007 SRX.
  3. VISTA SUCKS! I'm running it right now and am very much displeased.
  4. Can you boot from a USB stick? You can also just take out the HD and plug it in to another compooter.
  5. The LSA is one of a family of supercharged smallblocks. The Blue Devil engine is one of them. I dunno if the others are still around though.
  6. Great pics, Fly! I think the VUE will do very well, though it is a bit on the small side.
  7. The Opel GT is the Sky Redline, not the regular one.
  8. CSpec replied to pow's topic in Heritage Marques
    Isn't the VUE way smaller?
  9. What kind of auction was it? Standard English auction?
  10. Upon closer inspection, it does indeed appear to be a concept for the Epsilon 2 Lacrosse.

I like everything except the weird angry headlights.

    I wonder what it actually is. It's tiny--I doubt it's a concept for Ep2.

I thought the US version was delayed because the exterior sucks?
  14. Most studies are BS. Wait for many more confirming studies.
  15. The front looks waaaaay to high. The back looks OK I suppose. This thing actually looks really small... I doubt this is a Lacrosse concept.
  16. It's a new platform. Probably some sort of modified and stretched TE.
  17. I meant Iraqis going about their daily business.
  18. I don't have required courses.
  19. This is something I forgot to mention. Attacks that are 3 times as big as this happen in Iraq every day. Puts things into perspective.
  20. It's an engineering mule for the platform. The 9-4X is based on TE, shared with the Cadillac BRX and other Opel/Saturn and possibly Chevy models.
  21. It's FWD based, AWD may be standard.
  22. The stories from the classroom survivors were basically that people hit the ground and waited for the guy to leave. At least people down the hall were smart enough to barricade the door... CNN had this guy who runs some SWAT-team school and he was royally pissed that the cops were just standing around outside while there were shots being fired inside the building. I think he has a point.
  23. It's better to not cancel. Schedules get totally screwed up, and saving one day comes back to bite you in the ass when you have 1 less lecture to cover the same material (all my classes only have 2 lectures a week). Plus, you paid for the time you're missing.
  24. The Ws are an anachronism. Huge with small interiors, they are totally outdated and outclassed.
  25. They haven't canceled classes here in decades... if there's a huge blizzard they just send out an email saying "be careful".
