G6 GTP spotting
The G6 powertrain lineup is really confusing. The GTP is now just the coupe and sedan, and if you get it with an auto it's the 3.6 and 6-speed combo. However, if you get it with the 6-speed manual, you still get the 3900.

Pontiac: Nothing but rwd cars?
I'm not sure if I like the idea of a GTO based on the Camaro. What's wrong with making it a coupe Zeta?

OVERPAID CEO's
A quick search reveals that Ulrich "only" made $8mil in cash. The rest is calculated based on stock options and sales, the price of which is highly correlated to their performance.

First Pre-Production '07 Saturn Outlook Rolls Out
The Outlook doesn't photograph very well from traditional angles, sorta like the Corvette.

Spied: 2008 Chrysler Town & Country [update 11/21]
Uhh, nice radio placement, Chrysler.

Jazz up your posts with Character Entities
Huh? How do you put stuff in using an ampersand?

Jazz up your posts with Character Entities
The annoying thing about these characters is that the number codes only work on the number pad, not the numbers on top of the keyboard. This means I have to hit Fn+NumLock on my laptop, which is a real pain.

Next Honda Accord
I don't think it's actually that big, it just has a 300C-like length to wheelbase proportion.

2007 9-3 Interior
Blah, I think it looks worse now.

Edmunds Reviews CTS
A good review for a car almost in its last year. The next CTS will address those shortcomings and then some.

"We Are Listening"
The Enclave starting production in April 2007 actually gives them a pretty balanced run of new/revised models. Enclave in April, Lacrosse Super comes out that summer (or earlier), the Lucerne gets a refresh the next year, and the Epsilon II Lacrosse comes out in early 2009. Add in the Zeta that'll come out relatively soon after that and Buick will have a very nice lineup.

CAYMAN or CORVETTE
Vette all the way. If you're going the Cayman route, save money and get the Boxster.

New Sebring Spy Shots (from Autospies)
The side looks pretty good, except for the laughably cheap greenhouse fake-out in the C-pillar. The back is sort of Avalon-esque, and the front is going to be hideous. Plus, we already know the interior is typical Chrysler (it sucks).

Cool Cars Your neighbours own?
People here don't drive anything interesting. Lots of Volvos and middling Mercs. The one interesting car I know of offhand is the governor's red Arnage T (he lives on the the other side of town).

2007 Buick LaCrosee Super
The EP2 Lacrosse starts production in early 2009 as a 2010. The Super will have almost two full model years on the W-body.

GM Bans Dealer Premiums on Saturn Sky Red Line
Too bad auto prices are so static. GM could really clean up charging an appropriate price upon intro, and then lowering it as demand wanes.

Chevrolet Equinox SS
I think the delay is more a capacity issue with the 3.6.

Your Mom is car spotting!
Saw a Viper GTS today, drove alongside it for a bit on the highway.

BMW
This may be horribly out of date, but last I heard it was getting a V8 version of the M5 V10 with ~400 HP.
-
Spied: 2008 Honda Civic Type R
I don't think it looks too bad. The short hood/ultra slopey windshield works better on the taller hatch than our sedan.

GM Powertrain Unveils 3.6-Liter VVT Engine With DI
Only 200,00 per year globally by the end of 2008?

2007 Buick LaCrosee Super
I can get the article when the June issue comes out. For some reason my college library subscription doesn't put the most recent month online.

A msg from Ron Zarella
I just saw that today in the paper. I've been hearing all about this recall as B&L is based in Rochester, but I had no idea Zarella was CEO.
