First Look! New CTS Rendering!
I altered Chris' chop a bit to create what I think may be a little more accurate. Chris, your chop was 9/10 of the way there in my opinion. I'll only post my version with your consent. It's no problem if you're not comfortable with that. Just let me know. Thanks.

Time travel!
Wait, is this what Saturn's website was in 2001? Substituting "Saturn" in the URL for any other GM brand works as well. They all feature that brand's 2001 lineup, but the design seems more advanced than it would've been in 2001.

I'd blame the W-body architecture for the Lacrosse's mid-90s styling. It's almost impossible for a brand to innovate when forced to work with such an outdated platform. The W-bodies are at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to design.- Word Association

DETROIT, In my book, that's your best chop yet. Nice job! :AH-HA_wink: One suggestion: Eliminate the first body-colored A-pillar. I think it'd look edgier (and less-crowded) with just the silver pillar.- G6 "Traffic Stop" Ad
G6 "Traffic Stop" Ad Looking good, and the car's not too bad either. -------------------- Feast your eyes on Pontiac's "Traffic Stop" ad campaign to be aired in Spanish-speaking countries. The ad features a G6 convertible, and while the idea behind the commercial may be better than the execution, producers certainly got the casting right. Hopefully the car itself won't be outshined by the police force. See it here- A Smaller GM Might Be a BeautiFULLER GM
A Smaller GM Might Be a Beautifuller GM Date posted: 07-10-2006 I suppose that General Motors' current obsession with E85 ethanol promotion makes it the world's largest all-natural organic car company. After all, corn is organic and ethanol is distilled from starch crops, including corn — all-natural. And yes, being based on the California coast absolutely makes me a nuts and granola kinda guy, so I'm bullish on grain-alcohol fuels. The downside is that in the whole state, there are only four places that offer E85 (85-percent ethanol, 15-percent gasoline) fuel. Of these, only one sells to the public, so if you don't live near the Regional Transportation Center in San Diego, you might want to adjust your all-natural expectations a bit. But this hiccup of logic in the flex-fuel debate started me thinking about General Motors and its place in the automotive world. A few other interesting items also pushed GM to the front of my mind. I have more hope for the Silverado than initial spy shots have suggested. The Tahoe is just too good.- SRT and V
SRT and V With numbers like these, what's not to love? 2 performance divisions 2 rear-drive sedans 2 monster V-8s 2/3 of the "Big Three" 10.5-liters of displacement 894 collective horsepower Enough said. Non-Comparison Test: Chrysler 300C SRT8 and Cadillac STS-V- In Retrospect
With a tweaked front-end (something that likely would've been adressed for production regardless), the XP was the car that would've saved Buick.- 2006 Chevrolet Impala LTZ
Those of us who don't want a car that dives, rolls, bucks, bobs and bounces when we get even slightly aggressive with it. Those of us who prefer cars without excessive overhangs and dated proportions. Those of us who care about packaging and don't need a large car with limited rear-legroom.- Inappropriate things in cars....

I'd imagine the design directions of Buick NA and Buick China will begin to mesh in the near future, especially if GM has plans to globalize the brand. It's a shame that Buick China has a compact car with more Velite-influence than anything here.- Some 2008 Enclave safety info

A base Lacrosse CX (wheel covers and all) was parked next to a Taurus in the parking lot at my work today. The Lacrosse was an indistinct tan color, as was the Taurus. The similarities between the two are astounding, to the point where I seriously wonder whether Buick used the Ford as inspiration. Needless to say, the Lacrosse was driven by a woman in her mid-80s.- LaCrosse CXL review
