In fact, Honda is actually bragging about entering an outclassed truck, ill-prepared for the race at hand, and then retiring only halfway through the race.
Have I ever told you guys about the time I drag raced a Banshee 4-wheeler against a 69 SS 396 Camaro. I had him by 4 car lengths at the 1/8 mile point. Since only the first half matters I won't finish the story.

Yeah, he spanked me blowing by at about 120 a second later and winning by at least 8 car lengths. The Banshee, which was built for sand-drags except for a tire change to slicks, ran high 12 second quarter miles and I was racing a low 11 second Camaro. It was fun though and we were just racing for the heck of it.
