  3. I too like yellow...A color a lot of people seem to dislike is the phoenix yellow available on M3's, but I love it. That and the Laguna Seca Blue are some of my favorite colors for the M3...
  4. I thought the vette was tested at doing 0-60 in like 3.5 or something like that?
  5. If Jen doesn't work out, you'll always have Katie to fall back on right? I mean, from the way it sounds, the both of you don't have much goin between you at the moment so it's not like she is anticipating anything between the two of you at the moment. Jen seems like a nice girl...the materialism I guess could be a problem, but what girl isn't materialistic these days? Then again it probbaly doesn't help that I live in like the materialistic women capital of the world. But I dunno, I for one am used to spending money on friends and people, so I don't know if I could handle being with a non-materialistic woman...Good luck though with whatever decision you make (looks like you're already decided)...take it easy dude...

I love everythign about it except that ugly front bumper...
  7. Cool, I should be seeing some then...being that I live next to one of the largest volume Pontiac dealerships in America...Shaver Pontiac/Jeep...
  8. Nick version: Nick comes across a large, full grown forest. He realizes wood is a much needed natural resource and knows there could be some big profit tied into this. So, in turn he hires a bunch of cheap labor to cut and sell the lumber for him in the end giving him a 95% profit return...

  10. yea, the design got criticized a lot, but I too like the M-Coupe...it was a cool little car, was as fast as a mofo and handled like none other...
  11. Mallett has already dropped the LS2 in the solstice haven't they?
  12. Same here! For a moment there I thought I was retarded or something because I couldn't find absolutely any shape in the beans...If I knew I was looking for a head that looked like a bean things would have been different...
  13. you need to be a subscriber to view the article, but part of the blurb they had also stated this...

I give you a lot of respect for sayin it then...I think it is cool that we are such a tight knit community where one can feel comfortable enough speaking their mind and who they truly are. One thing I have been noticing though, not just here, but like everywhere, there are more and more Bi's popping up...Not that I have anything against it, I jsut find it interesting. If there was one I would give you a thumbs up emoticon though...maybe this one will do... :metal: ...yea, rock on! ok, i'm done :P

I never knew you were bi BV...

you can't compare the two cars...the caddy couldn't hold a candle to the bimmer as far as performance, and the bimmer couldn't really hold a candle to the caddy as far as luxury. These are two premium vehicles attracting to different premium markets...one being the premium sports sedan, the other being the premium luxury sedan. The fact that there is a comparison between these two is kind of unfair because they are totally different vehicles. Bimmers were never really that much of luxury vehicles more than they were premium sports cars.
  17. As a kid, I didn't know a whole lot about cars, but all I remember was when I was younger I really didn't like the corvettes...I thought their rear ends looked horrible...too big and flat or something.....of course, now I have grown to love the corvette...but as far as cars go, I was never really way into them...infact, I don't know what I was into...but I do remember I loved the look of Lambos and Ferraris...especially the Countach QV5000S and Testarossa...they were my favorite cars...still are some of my favorites... I remember going to a car show at night once, a red Countach pulled up under the flourescent lights of the parking lot, it was overheating, but the steam slowly rising out of the engine breathers on it's sides made it look so sinister...such a badass sight...

I completely agree with empowah. Those old Caddys are just too gaudy for my taste...
  19. I drive the more coastla section of sunset every day, the part after the 405 to PCH...luckily I don't go back the same way I come...i get off Sunset on the 405 south, on the opposite side of sunset it is usually backed up bumper to bumper every day...if I was to get stuck in it I'd be there for hours...that's why I just end up taking PCH home (my boss lives off sunset and works in sherman oaks, so I drive him from work to his house...) I just take Sunset and follow it all the way down to PCH and take PCH to Kanan and Kanan back to the 101...it's a little longer distance than going back to the 405 and then to the 101, but it takes me like half the time...

I'll try to keep my BMW bias at bay, but isn't it obvious that the 5er is the better car? Now, maybe the seville as far as options and overall "cushi-ness" may have won out, but as far as performance and price judging by the specs you listed, the BMW is superior....I guess the Seville would probably compete better with whatever MB produced at the time...

the only reason a movie would be rated R would be for enudity or blood and gore type violence...both of which I doubt this movie possesses (excuse the pun)...a movie doesn't have to be rated R to be scary...

I must say, I give you guys a lot of respect...I mean, if you are straight, it is a lot easier to scope out a partner, but if you're gay and start hitting on a guy, I can't imagine it is always obvious how gay the guy is, so you could be hitting on a straight guy, who in turn, may get weirded out by it or something...I don't know...it just seems like it could be a sticky situation...
  24. Cleaning BBS rims...especially the really tight weaved rims...a royal pain in the ass...with all those damn nooks and crannys and all the bolts for the 2/3 piece rims...grrrr...but boy when they are clean do they look good! B)
  25. Stop the car randomly in any part of the street, get out, run around the car, and get back in and continue as if nothing ever happened...
