The Envoy/TB/Ascender thread inspired me to look at the US Isuzu web page. I can't believe how much cheaper the Isuzu versions are from their GM counterparts. 5-passenger Ascender: $20,459 5-passenger Trailblazer: $27,410 7-passenger Ascender: $22,498 7-passenger Trailblazer: $29,030 i-280 ext. cab: $14,239 4-cyl Colorado ext. cab: $18,365 The only one on the Isuzu site that seems expensive in comparison, very close to the comparable Chevy, is the i-350 crew cab, at $24,608. That is some CRAZY undercutting on the TB though - can't believe they are still floundering.

It's easy to pick three people who wouldn't know this. I'm sure I could just as easily find 3 people to ask a very simple fashion question who would have no idea.

I really can't make fun of abandoned buildings in the Detroit downtown - my point was about sprawl. The downtown of the city I grew up in (Brantford, Ontario) was recently used as-is for the set of the Silent Hill movie. Here's a picture of a typical section of the downtown core to give you an idea. Those murals were commissioned by the city to make it look better. "Well, we don't have any businesses, so let's paint 'em on!!"

I really don't think the Cobalt needs AWD. It might sell some units, but I can't see it being economical to design. Maybe if they had done it when Delta came out.

It is a very strange word, and hard to say if you're used to only English. I'm willing to bet nobody here actually knows how to pronounce it. To-yo-ta (obvious) Hon-da (same) Mi-tsu-bi-shi (little strange) Da-tsun (makes it hard to say doesn't it?)

You need to turn up your resolution (right click desktop->Properties->Settings). Set it to at least 1024x768, preferably 1280x1024.

I think you're helping my point. The map of Toronto has room to include all those things at the same zoom level that allows the screen to only encompass Detroit and its connected suburbs.

Both cities have metro populations of 4.5 million, and both maps are at the same zoom level. How does this difference happen? Are there not apartment buildings in Detroit?? Detroit Toronto

I really wish Neilson ratings weren't done the way they are. As it is, only the families who are really into TV get the boxes. If they gave some boxes to those of us who don't watch that much TV, and only catch the _good_ shows, maybe the ratings would reflect reality. As far as Reunion goes, I really wasn't that impressed. I saw the season premiere after the O.C. and didn't even watch to the end of the episode. I like the O.C. though....

I don't think Chrysler needs SUVs any more than Pontiac does.
