Name this Car
Sorry, I've never liked this one. It looks so cartoonish it would look silly in a comic book.

Heres a cool one
IIRC only one '54 Pontiac Bonneville survies, right? Wasn't the other one Copper colored?

Are all exotics red?
It's not meaningless... it stands for "Motorsport"

Speaking of Kit Cars
There has to be three-hundred kit car ripoffs of the Lola/Ford GT40. This one is not as lame as some others.

Area 51...
Just imagine.... this plane was desinged in the late 1950s. Think about the kind of top secret crap they've got NOW! BTW: after landing the SR71 is several inches wider than before takeoff... that's how much the elastic skin & titanium skelaton stretches from the intense heat of its Mach 3+ flight. This plane is absolutely amazing. I've had a chance to see one in person once but never in flight. :( Now which Nerd will be the first to tell us about the "diamonds" trailing the afterburners? http://www.staynehoff.net/sr71-shock.jpg Some cool photos of the SR71

Kanye West
I used to call myself a Republican, but I'm a Libertarian in reality. Big Brother Scares me more than any Liberal threat.

3100 V6 Longevity
Not at all. As an ex-car salesman (Chevorlet, Pontiac, GMC) I've seen a few with 200K plus.

LaCrosse named "Most Satisfying Car"
Exactly. This is a pleasant surprise for me. I love Buick but always thought the LaCrosse a lame duck. Styling wise it's tepid.

NASA to replace shuttle
Hmmmmm.... I thouhgt the Skunkworks was closed down now. Popular Sciance said they moved all the secret testing to Alaska. I drove by Area 51 a few years ago. Anyway a Shuttle replacement is LOOOOONG overdue!

The Political Correctness Thread
Speaking of Plumpers.... I have an interesting magazine called "Plumpers". few cute Chubby chicks and then a bunch of gross girls that do not belong in porn. I like a little Cushion fer de Pushin but it's hard to find good porn that doesn't go overboard with 450lbs. girl covered in Whipp cream... *shudders* [/tangent]

Idea for a Chevy ad
Great Idea. Brilliant. Not originla or groundbreaking however. Eagle did it back in the mid 1990s when they introduced the Vision TSi. ONe woman was shown saying "This HAS to be a top of the line Acura!" While some other guy quessed the car was a BMW. Still others guessed Lexus and Mercedes.

For the REAL child in all of us...

Sexual Preference
Believe it or not, I have a Superfilous "third" nipple. It's not quite like Crusty the Clown's but similar. Not sure I want to post pics though.

Sexual Preference
You know what they say... a picture is worth a thousand nipples.

----- April 2003
Two year later I'm still waiting for a 5th gen. Camaro. When I opened up my copy of R&T and saw this I almost fell out of my Chair. I was working at Chevrolet of Lowell at the time as a salesman. I took it as a sign that within a few months, or certainly a year a ground up 5th gen. retro-69 Camaro would be hitting the streets. Meantime here it is Sept. 2005 and still nothing. Thank You Ramones. :)

Sexual Preference
Sure, screw PC bullshit that skit is AWSOME!!! *ponders L.A.s question* But now how the hell is 0.75 sec. of J.Jackson's nipple a big deal? <_<

RPM vs. emissions
In the end the truth will prove how once again the Japanese have been pulling wool over our eyes. As I mentioned recently it's pretty funny how many kids will pour tons of money into a cramped, FWD, four banger Civic and after spending a fortune impress a of us Muscle car guys. But when questioned why even bother to put all that money into a POS fwd four banger they say fro practicality & fuel economy.... it's more practical to drive a little four banger civic. But the truth is that a Civic CRX wiht $20,000 worth of mods that runs 11.9 in the 1/4 mile is still just a cramped POS but it now get's 12mpg. My 1968 Camaro could be a 11.9 car and still get 12 mpg. Buit I still have a much nicer, classic car wiht more comfort and the durrability/affordability of RWD and cheap /simple pushrod V8. I remember when the SRT4s came out and I was very impressed wiht their timeslips only to hear FIRST hand froma guy at N.E. Dragway that he was getting about 10mpg. That's my $0.02 on the subject. Sorry I don't have more scientific info for you Balthy. Where's the token Nerd? So it;s like WHY bother? I'll keep my RWD, cheap to buy cheap to fix cheap to upgrade PUshrod powered car.

1937 Delage Aero Coupe
I can see what Ocnblu and Razor are saying but in the end most French designs from the past few years look GROSS to me. Absolutely awful. All four of the above posted Citroen/Renault/Peugeot cars are terrible. Sorry.
