  5. yeah, im thinking GSX name, since it was a GSX the last time they built a buick regal on the W platform
  6. Hopefully GM will give it a bit more power by then, i won't hold my breath, but maybe they will give an engine update and maybe that new front end that was on the internet some time back
  7. depends if the new CTS wont be out for five more model years
  8. CTS sold 5200 units in Dec. Last time I checked, 5200 is more than 800. Yes, but that is without the ATS in dealerships, and no STS in dealerships either. The CTS sells well now, but what if base price goes up $10,000 over night, and a cheaper car is offered. They want the CTS to get bigger and more expesnive, thus exactly what the STS was, and the STS was a dud. So my point was only that the CTS better be fantastic, and not another STS, because they can't afford STS sales volumes. But, was the STS better than the current CTS? No, it wasn't the STS worked when it was the first gen, by the time the current gen CTS was two years old the STS was outclassed
  9. Well, right there we have the Tsar Bomba dropped on my driveway http://nuclearsecrecy.com/nukemap/?lat=48.61557833180503&lng=-93.37665800033568&zm=5&kt=100000

  11. i was too young to really comprehend 911, first grade, but i know it is a very significant event in that it changed the way we thought about air travel, and the way air travel was dealt with, security wise. not sure about a #2 though
  12. I had no idea these had pillar less windows, interesting...
  13. maybe that is in the trunk that's driving the price up
  14. pause
  15. #1 due to being the Cheap Redneck truck of those that seem to not want to demand a nice better truck. They are the Plastics of the Plastic industry. So you prefer the GM interior that gets ragged on over the ford or dodge that most critics put on top? (serious question.) i haven't had first hand experience with all of them so i don't know
  16. Yes and rarely does GM do like Toyota and replace a Camry with a Camry or Corolla with Corolla. GM lets a car die on the vine, then kills it off waits 3 months and releases an entirely new product with a new name. Like minivans and GMT360s get killed to be later replaced by Lambdas and the current Equinox, which is nearly the size of the GMT360 Trailblazer. Yeah, about the only constants in car names GM has had over the last decade have been the Corvette, Malibu, and Impala....plus Camaro and Regal which have been brought back after a few years away. suburban, Grand Prix, etc they're there if you look
  17. Around here in northwestern Ontario people prefer trucks, People i know actually hate cars, and drive these other than that close to the same situation as Mr. $wordfish i could see not having a vehicle in a city, but in small towns there is no public transit
  18. Camaro? mirrors & roofline look like one supposedly the first "all five stars" under the new crash test standards, wonder how fast you'd have to get going for results like that...
