Cadillac News: More Powerful Cadillac V-Series Get A Name
Ideally, the Blackwing sub-brand would be not just the Blackwing V8. It would also include interior upgrades to go along with the performance upgrades that should accompany the Blackwing V8. In other words, better than Denali.

Cadillac News: 2020 Cadillac CT4-V and CT5-V Aren't As Powerful As Their Predecessors
Exactly. A Cadillac should say something and leave a positive (or at least polarizing) impression on anyone who sees one going down the road. I like the XT5 and the CT6, but the only Cadillac that truly leaves an impression is the Escalade. Cadillac needs to fix that on all their other models ASAP.

Chevrolet News:Camaro to Die - Again
More glass and lower prices help that a lot. Time to rethink the Camaro again.

Audi News: Audi Unveils Updated Q7
True, but that does NOT let Audi off the hook with their own version of eAssist. Either go all in or go home. Audi/VW can afford to innovate properly.

Chevrolet News:Camaro to Die - Again
Another reason CAFE needs to be repealed. Let drivers buy what they want.

Audi News: Audi Unveils Updated Q7
GM's original BAS was 2007-2010, while the 2nd Generation was 2012-14. The last one was on a 2016 Silverado. I highly doubt that Audi will be applauded for BAS. If they went full BEV tomorrow, they might be applauded.

Chevrolet News:Camaro to Die - Again
How common is it that Chevrolet generally (not just the Camaro) lack base models in order to help out with sales? Does this issue exist elsewhere at other GM dealerships?

Audi News: Audi Unveils Updated Q7
I wonder how soon Audi will update the Q5 (preferably without that rather humongous grill).

Chevrolet News:Camaro to Die - Again
All true, except for the EV charging issue. There are a LOT of engineers working on making those batteries (and hence EVs) charge faster than 8 hours. When charging gets down to 8 minutes or less, EVs will sell like hotcakes.

Chevrolet News:Camaro to Die - Again
Sad but very true. If the Camaro is going to be discontinued in three years, I am sorry for it to go. Then again, the new Camaro (if there is one) needs a better stylist and some more glass since the current one looks like somebody could become claustrophobic once inside.

Random Thoughts Thread
Beta (and especially Betamax) were expensive compared to VHS, especially after VCRs based on VHS went for $99 after about 1985.

DRIVEN: 2019 Cadillac XT4 Premium Luxury AWD 2.0t
I forget which models had/have that gorgeous cocoa brown interiors. Why GM would ditch that for just black interiors is insane, especially down here in FL where the heat is rather brutal and humid. Why does GM not have any variety at all these days? Are they trying to repel potential customers?

Quick Drive: 2020 Kia Telluride SX AWD
I think the word you are looking for is DGAF. As in GM DGAF about certain details while other automakers do.

Quick Drive: 2020 Kia Telluride SX AWD
Too bad a similarly equipped Acadia Denali or a Traverse Premier would cost at least $5000 more. I wonder what is missing from this top-level Telluride.

Kia News: Kia Unveils the Seltos
How large/small is the Seltos compared to the KIA Soul? Will it replace the KIA Soul, since they both seem to be small CUVs?

Cadillac News: 2020 Cadillac CT6 Makes Big Price Moves
Most luxury cars depreciate rapidly, especially in the first year. Luxury cars are leased so much more often than bought, which only makes depreciation worse. Great if you buy used or certified pre-owned rather than new

Cadillac News: 2020 Cadillac CT6 Makes Big Price Moves
Or maybe this is what the CT6 will stay this way for a long time to come, especially for the all-new CT6 that will come sometime in the future.
