Phones
I've had the Droid DNA by HTC for about 6 months or so, it's been a good phone aside from the battery life which could be better, but thats a minor gripe. Overall it performs well, the screen is big and responsive and very clear.

Neat scale modeling
Love it, I've been a Christine fan for over 20 years, love the light up gauge cluster. It's little details like that which make the model IMO.

Subaru News: Subaru Stands At A Crossroad
Stick with what works, Subaru has never been a major player in the game, but that hasn't stopped them. While other lower volumes companies have went packing in recent years, Subaru maintains it's place based on its history. The WRX has a huge following, The BRZ is a nice entry level halo vehicle. I think the rest of the lineup needs a shot of adrenaline, but going for pure volume isn't going to do it.

Yahoo's '50 greatest cars of all time from TV/the movies' list
Decent list, though I'm puzzled by the absence of Christine. This deserved a spot on the list, certainly more so than 3 separate cars from Fast and Furious.

Cheers or Jeers: Studebaker Scotsman
Cheers indeed, loving that rounded cab profile. I honestly don't know if I would even bother doing any cosmetic work on it, I'm liking that patina.

Deja Vu? Buick Shows Off The Rivera Concept At Shanghai :Comments
Much, much better than the 2007 concept. It appears longer and wider, and the boattail aspect of the rear is more graceful and flowing. I'd love to see this as a reborn Riviera in NA. I especially like the front and the fact the headlights aren't reaching back to the A-pillars as is the trend these days.

Jeep News: Ralph Gilles: 2014 Cherokee's Styling Is An Evolutionary Step
Apparently the majority of Jeep customers want a square box, including myself. The XJ Cherokee sold like hot cakes it's entire run, the Liberty has sold well too. The Wrangler which is literally a box on wheels speaks for itself...

Who has driven a Wrangler lately?
This is a pretty close match to the one I sat in at the autoshow that really made me want a Wrangler, same exact trim and color combo minus the chrome grille. In retrospect I would opt for the hard top though.

Who has driven a Wrangler lately?
I remember people telling me horror stories of how easily a Wrangler could flip over, trying to convince me to stop wanting one. It didn't, but once I got my Ninety Eight in senior year my mindset changed, and I was dead set on restoring it and the Wrangler kind of fell by the wayside in my mind. I've never driven a Wrangler now that I think about it, I know the older models weren't known for their ride and handling.

This should have been the SS
I always wanted that generation 6 Series coupe, the Grand Prix looks good too for what it was.

Who has driven a Wrangler lately?
I wanted a Wrangler when I was in my teens, I especially liked the late 90's models when they went back to round headlights. I'm a fan of the Wrangler still but to me the 4 door model is just wrong, the Liberty and Grand Cherokee fill that niche. The Wrangler should have remained a 2 door. I remember sitting in a dark green Wrangler in '97 or '98 at the NYAS, dark green, with tan interior and tan soft top, I practically begged my father to buy me a Wrangler after that. Aside from the Wrangler I always liked the XJ Cherokee's, my father had a Laredo and my cousin a Sport. The 5.9 Grand Cherokee's looked great too.

Sooooo..... new Cherokee
I'm a huge fan of the old XJ Cherokee, we had a few in the family and this new one is totally wrong with the name Cherokee. I always saw the Patriot as more of a Cherokee than even the Liberty. The radical front on this Cherokee has grown on me slightly but it's not what I wanted for the Cherokee's big return. But given how well Fiat has turned Chrysler around, I'm willing to accept not eveythign they do will be a homerun, I just hope this sells.

Top Gear Ends Tonight ... Or Two Weeks From Now ... Or Sometime Soon
Top Gear is still an awesome show although perhaps not quite up to the standard of earlier seasons, though that is to be expected the longer a show is around. Normally there are 2 seasons in a year, but this time we had to wait about a full year for this current season, I wish they would have extended this season to at least 10 episodes or 12 to make up for the long wait. This season only began at the end of January and is going to be done by the beginning of March, way too short. I hope they come back by the summer like they normally do and we aren't waiting another full year for 5 or 6 shows.
