  1. Wow! I know mine wouldn't take the CD sometimes, and if you shut the truck off and opened the door while it was playing, when you got back in and turned the truck on the CD wouldn't play.
  2. IDK never even rode in one of them lol. We mainly got the car because it had a 3.1L in it which was also in her 01 Malibu before that car which had 209,000 original miles on it before she totaled it.
  3. IDK I must just be different, but my gf has an 02 Grand Prix with 140,000 miles on it 3.1L V6 and I think its a damn nice car. As long as the damn thing runs decent and is comfortable and I like it which I do who the hell cares about anything else. It's not the fanciest car around by far but who give two $h!s.
  4. Wouldn't matter to me anyway really. All the GM vehicles we have ever had never had to be fixed until they had at least 100,000 on them anyway.
  5. I was told your warranty would still be good if they filed bankruptcy?

  8. What I don't get is I see alot of rebadges from Ford and other places, but you don't hear nearly as much about them as you do about GM. What gives?
  9. Might as well buy a Camaro.
  10. Yea mine didn't work too well either and the truck only had 36,000 on it.
  11. I didn't really cut back at all. Still using Mobil 1 oil and Filter on the truck (costs me about $45.00 every oil change). Ive always done the mechanical work either by myself or with my dads help. Always washed my own vehicle too. I have cut back on accessory buying though.
  12. Yea I agree with that. The new ones are nice, but an old muscle car is just soooo much better!
  13. Nice looking car! All it needs now is a nice spoiler.
  14. How do you like your 05 Silverado? I loved mine just had to many little things that bugged me to pass up my 09.
  15. Ah theirs plenty of blame to go around...
  16. Now we don't know that the government had a part in this.
  17. Wow this is sad... I think im gonna go trade my truck in on and F-150 now since it looks so bad for GM.
  18. Yea until the Economy goes into the toilet, then alot of people decide to just fix instead of buy new. Example - Vehicles.................... or they become Import humpers and buy a Toyota. :twocents:
  19. WOW my 05 had 36,000 miles on it when I traded it in back in January. Thats impressive man.
  20. Ah who cares the haters won't be happy until both of them are run into the ground anyway. lol
  21. 1988 GMC Sierra - 185,000 Miles 1999 Chevy Silverado - 160,000 Miles 2009 Chevy Silverado - 2,900 Miles
