  1. Any time you're in NC just let me know, I'm dying to go back.
  2. Yes indeed. That was just the first run of the day and I was still taking it easy. Right now I'm uploading run two and making run three. I just wish I still had the footage from the day before, those were the great runs. There were a lot less people and we practically had the whole Dragon to ourselves.
  3. So yeah the Volvo can do this.
  4. Apartment's flooded thanks to Roto-Rooter. My water bill is going to be insane and I've been staying in a hotel. Not happy, but I'll be reimbursed so it'll all be fine in the end. At least I'm getting a new carpet out of the ordeal.
  5. Nothing beats a true dyno tune though...
  6. Mercedes, as in the late 80's 300 E. Looks like a straight-six to me.
  7. 300E?
  8. In the days of simpler MPFI systems I'd just say screw it and MegaSquirt it but you'd never be able to communicate with the transmission, ECU's or other "smart" devices in your car. Fun Fact: A new Volvo truck has on average seventeen different computers. One of these is the windshield wiper module, which also controls the exterior lights. Fun right? the KW's I work on are much simpler, with at least eight computers but no more than twelve for KW's made from 2010+ (the hardest part about it is knowing the CAN systems that the computers use to talk to each other (BTW, trucks have more complicated CAN systems than cars)).
  9. Is it the factory table or an aftermarket one?
  10. Just would like to point out that the Edge was friggin QUICK. Seriosuly. A 4400 LB CUV shouldn't be going that quick...
  11. 11's are definitely low. Crank that sucker down to 12.4 at WOT and feel the power. I'd still keep the cruising AFR where it's at though. You don't want to fry your cats, as raising the AFR too much is going to heat up your EGT's quick.
  12. Looking for trucks in Iowa? That's a bit of a drive for you...
  13. HOLY CRAP. I just passed right through Selma over the weekend... it's about 40 minutes south of me.
  14. Thanks everyone.
  15. There's a new Nexus 5 coming though Don't know if I want to go LG again, plus I want the bigger screen.
  16. RIP Jack, best dog I ever had. You were the dog I grew up with. You've been my best friend since I was five, and you'll always be remembered as the most affectionate dog I've ever met. Over sixteen years was more than I could ever ask from you. .
  17. Still have my Nexus 5. Honestly I'm just waiting to get the Nexus 6 at this point.
  18. If it tips the scales around 3300 LBS with a turbo four that can push around 300 HP this will shoot near top of the list pretty quick.
  19. You're kidding... They can't fit a 255/65R17? Does it rub or something?
  20. So I saw that girl again last night... She left around an hour I got there. Then as I drank more I started to hit on her best friend. HeHe whooops.
  21. My Grandpa just bought the Nikon P900. Holy f@#king $h! that thing is sweet. 83X optical zoom. You can read a licence plate from a quarter mile away...
  22. They don't have any heavy-duty vehicles. Sterling used to be the only brand that offered everything from a pickup truck to a class 8 vehicle. Well, now they're dead. Sterling is dead? I thought their pickups were just rebadged Rams anyway Sterling has been dead. Their pickups were just rebadged Rams and their heavy duty trucks were mostly compiled of spare Ford parts. They were the cheapest of the cheap, and it showed. Diamler cut them off a few years ago.
