Well, if we are to go off of this, then it is even worse than it seems. It was benchmarked against the Porsche 911, BMW M3, and even Nissan GT-R yet cannot beat the new Camaro. Now, what happened there? Is the new Camaro better than those three that the Mustang benchmarked themselves against? Or is it just the fact that saying the Mustang was benchmarked against those three nothing more than marketing speak? Either possibility is certainly worthy of a debate.

Looks way too much like the now six year old (and no longer in production) Saturn Astra. I do agree that there should most definitely be a Cruze Hatch and SS variant.

Who would have thought that an MKZ can upstage so many in the luxury segment, with minor changes. As much as I like the new front style, it really is the rear most angle that just stands out unlike anything else..... and even the profile remains one of the better ones in the mid luxury market place. It does have a nice profile to it. That is one of the things I have always liked about it. My wife loves them and wants one so bad she can't stand it. Told her CPO is going to be our route short of some unexpected lotto winnings.

I had some like for it also, but was it really identifiable as a Cadillac, The Catera was absolute garbage and a maintenance nightmare. It was the most "unCadillac" of all Cadillacs this side of a Cimarron.

Not once did I say that you didn't have a right to your opinion. That's all you. What it means though, is that I also have the right to offer a counter opinion, i.e. you conveyed a negative connotation about the wood trim by mentioning the older demographic as a negative. Nothing more, nothing less. Funny how you pick and choose the "other car" argument. That's all I will say about that. Now, about the Buick, while it's not my cup of tea, the Avenir front end is nice but I don't care much for the profile. Just doesn't resonate with me. The interior, however, is way above the outgoing model though, and for their target audience it will score in spades. Overall, a solid B+ from me. Note to Buick though. Put out the Avenir. It is quite frankly only the second Buick I have ever really wanted (the GNX being the other). Seriously people. Make it happen.

Lincoln is direct competition for Buick so when someone brings up things like wood grain as being a negative on one brand while completely ignoring the fact that the competition does the same thing, then it is perfectly legitimate for me to point that out. No trolling at all on my part nor was it meant to be. Just an honest observation on that. If certain people can't handle a simple reputable, then perhaps they are in the wrong place. You are living in a fantasy land. They will not put a 4 cylinder in a FULL SIZE truck, where job number one is towing and payload, something that having a hybrid on top of a 4 cylinder motor would absolutely kill. A TTV6/hybird combo would be more likely, but again the hybrid systems put major dent on towing and payload capabilities, which is a major roadblock for pick up buyers.

They had hybrid powertrains in the last gen. Tahoe and they did not sell. Same with the pick up if I'm not mistaken.
