Cadillac News: New Compact Crossover From Cadillac Coming In 2018
While their profit has increased for the last several years as well. Gotta suck when that happens. Thanks for saving another down vote for me. For someone who trumps up profits so much when it comes to Ford, it sure is sweet irony that you would down vote the same kind of statement when it is NOT about Ford. Fact is that while volume is down, profits are up for Cadillac. maybe you were downvoted for another reason. ATP's and the price of lettuce in China has what to do with the fact that customers are flocking to CUV's, and Cadillac is behind the development 8-ball there. That's a simple fact. So you were just trolling then. Thanks for confirming that. Again, when it comes to ATPs and profits from Ford, you rah rah rah it all the way home but when it comes to anything NOT Ford, you sidestep, deflect, and make lousy excuses for it. Drew has already pointed out those facts very well, that you have willfully ignored.

Mustang Team: We Didn't Benchmark Camaro
Well, if we are to go off of this, then it is even worse than it seems. It was benchmarked against the Porsche 911, BMW M3, and even Nissan GT-R yet cannot beat the new Camaro. Now, what happened there? Is the new Camaro better than those three that the Mustang benchmarked themselves against? Or is it just the fact that saying the Mustang was benchmarked against those three nothing more than marketing speak? Either possibility is certainly worthy of a debate.

LA Auto Show: 2017 Buick LaCrosse: Comments
Only one person wants that, it seems. I am not that person because the car was garbage and that is all I have to say about it. There were three people who commented on that vehicle, including yourself. Yes and I said it was garbage, end of story. Besides, this not about the poster right? It's supposed to be about the subject. Moving along...

LA Auto Show: 2017 Lincoln MKZ: Comments
Who would have thought that an MKZ can upstage so many in the luxury segment, with minor changes. As much as I like the new front style, it really is the rear most angle that just stands out unlike anything else..... and even the profile remains one of the better ones in the mid luxury market place. It does have a nice profile to it. That is one of the things I have always liked about it. My wife loves them and wants one so bad she can't stand it. Told her CPO is going to be our route short of some unexpected lotto winnings.

The high gloss wood is an option, just like it is on the Lincolns that have it. Since suave deleted my replies to surreal, I will repeat again, but this time to the post in question. Yes surreal, thank you for pointing out that Lincolns also have wood, but my point was simply that this Buick uses too much of it. Care to discuss that, or do you have another obvious fact you can present? Buick is doing just fine, regardless of which age demographic they may be targeting. How's that for the obvious?- LA Auto Show: 2017 Buick LaCrosse: Comments

Not once did I say that you didn't have a right to your opinion. That's all you. What it means though, is that I also have the right to offer a counter opinion, i.e. you conveyed a negative connotation about the wood trim by mentioning the older demographic as a negative. Nothing more, nothing less. Funny how you pick and choose the "other car" argument. That's all I will say about that. Now, about the Buick, while it's not my cup of tea, the Avenir front end is nice but I don't care much for the profile. Just doesn't resonate with me. The interior, however, is way above the outgoing model though, and for their target audience it will score in spades. Overall, a solid B+ from me. Note to Buick though. Put out the Avenir. It is quite frankly only the second Buick I have ever really wanted (the GNX being the other). Seriously people. Make it happen.- LA Auto Show: 2017 Buick LaCrosse: Comments
Lincoln is direct competition for Buick so when someone brings up things like wood grain as being a negative on one brand while completely ignoring the fact that the competition does the same thing, then it is perfectly legitimate for me to point that out. No trolling at all on my part nor was it meant to be. Just an honest observation on that. If certain people can't handle a simple reputable, then perhaps they are in the wrong place. I do understand where you are coming from though and will tone down the rhetoric.- Cadillac Confirms 335HP/432 lb-ft 2.0L Plug-in Hybrid For CT6
You are living in a fantasy land. They will not put a 4 cylinder in a FULL SIZE truck, where job number one is towing and payload, something that having a hybrid on top of a 4 cylinder motor would absolutely kill. A TTV6/hybird combo would be more likely, but again the hybrid systems put major dent on towing and payload capabilities, which is a major roadblock for pick up buyers.- LA Auto Show: 2017 Buick LaCrosse: Comments
The high gloss wood is an option, just like it is on the Lincolns that have it. No Lincoln today has that much wood, gloss or not. Doesn't matter. They do have it. That's all I saying while you try to pick apart a car not made by Ford. Oh wait, they do have that and then some. It's just in the Navigator.- LA Auto Show: 2017 Buick LaCrosse: Comments

They had hybrid powertrains in the last gen. Tahoe and they did not sell. Same with the pick up if I'm not mistaken.
