  9. One of these almost became my 2nd car. A year after I started college a neighbor a few doors down from us getting a new Buick Century (97), and offered me a super deal to buy it. It only had 13k on it at the time. A week before I was to buy, someone stole the car and took the PA on a police chase...and crashed it. Still have a soft spot for these.....
  10. Wonder whaat it is....
  11. Yep!
  12. How future rednecks get their kicks? ?

  14. Lazy I would guess. Or simply worked way too much......
  15. And it’s going right back to the farm it came from.....LOL...... Looks great though!
  16. I had to finally get cars that we could sit up in, not so much for us, but for my parents. As much as I like my Equinox, I think I would have been fine with a Malibu RS or Fusion Sport. (Would have been cheaper too.. ? ) I can’t remember if the Terrain had a brown interior or not, but that could be a good choice... It’s interesting about the Encore though. How many miles on it? I wanna say it was an earlier version of the 1.4. My wife would like to keep her Trax after the lease is up (plus the buyout is very good) but I wonder about how well the 1.4 will hold up long term. Having to junkyard shop a few things for my Cobalt, I’ve noticed a growing number of Cruze 1.4s there......
  17. Thanks to the crazy, I highly doubt it will change. Talked to a few of my friends both in health care and government, and they are already figuring we will probably see yet another virus because we did not take this and serious enough. It’s sad to see that other countries will probably be done with 90% of this by Christmas......

  19. Yep. And to think I only paid maybe 350 a year for it (still thought that was high) before these stupid insurance changes. On my other policy for the rest of my cars, the rates did drop a decent amount. So this one has me puzzled......
  20. Got a good laugh...maybe more sad.... Renewing my old Cavalier for insurance (paying it myself since it is my “project”) Wanna cut down more on costs, so I wanted to get rid of as much PIP (our stupid MI insurance) since the car hardly goes anywhere right now. So I have them change the cost, lower everything to basic levels. Quote comes back 3 TIMES as much! They wanted to try to blame other things (me) but nothing has changed save maybe a little extra credit card debt. I’m thinking they are out to make some serious money. So, shopping around for the best deal- or I will simply drop coverage and park it for now.... Long story short- with their “new” policy, basic PLPD on a 16 year old Cavalier would be over 3 grand a year.... ?
