  1. Still love that Buick...still think they are cool.... It took a while for the Malis to grow on me, but they have. I also like their “small Impy brother” look too. Makes me miss the Impala. ? . These do look real nice in RS trim....
  2. I hope people don’t go crazy- just being careful. I do know it would be unwise to close again- for both financial and mental reasons. Since I fall in the higher risk group (Asthma)- I still plan to go out some- but prepared and more careful, just in case. I can only hope we look out for each other- be careful-yet return to some normalcy as well.... Also hoping folks are taking care of themselves getting into better shape after what has happened. I know I am . Started running (I HATE running) to force my lungs to open up a bit more...though I am taking it a wheezy half block at a time... ? Also hoping we have a plan this time, so it won’t be like 1918... Since the virus came out of China, it has me question if that was their purpose with the virus- since they have the world’s biggest aging population. I simply can’t see them doing that here.....

  4. I was kinda thinking around that...(on our anniversary-great ? ) Since the economy won’t close this time- could be a wildcard. Don’t want to get too heavy into this (depress the folks here) but I think the protest and the unrest is setting for a perfect storm of sick folks. My thought is it goes two ways: 1. Unrest will keep setting waves over the summer- more chaos now- but a much lighter fall and winter of infections. 2. It will jump up and down- but will set up a monster amount of sick and infected-possibly worse than the first wave. What also plays into this will be the weather. Thru the Great Lakes and midwestern areas are supposed to have an Indian Summer- so warmer weather until mid October might help folks be a better shape for winter.....

  6. Have a hard time finding Santizer and any kind of wipes here... Short of my local Kroger or CVS, that is pretty much it. Ran to both ACE and Home Depot once. We do grab some take out from some local places.. Started this whole thing with N95 masks (have a small supply due to asthma/yard work), worked down to a thinner mask, and as of last week-now down to cloth masks. I only wear masks when I am in a public places (stores and such). I do order a bit online more-but order very little as I am still waiting to go back to both jobs (hopefully soon). Wipe down stuff from Krogers (always folks coughing in there). Would like to stock up a bit more for the second wave.....
  7. I have to say I like the look of it! Much better than the current one.. But lack of news kinda shows how important Buick is here in the US sadly.....
  8. Undies!!!
  9. Choices are what made cars fun!! ?
  10. Ears
  11. Pretty sure that is a good thing.... ?

  13. Sadly we are going the opposite way now. Less choices equal more profits for Wall Street.....
  14. They cannot simply afford keeping most of their product line up! I expect quite a few models to disappear as things go down for Nissan. The Vans are just the first... Interesting that some of our local UPSPS like using these vans.....
  15. Not really the point. I’m sure it’s won’t be long before Tesla outsells the Camry either. EV is the future, whether we like it or not. My goal here is to keep the ICE dream alive for those of us who still want to drive gas powered fun things. The CUV/SUV craze will not change-just not be gas powered. Sports cars should be fun. And not everything should be a ZL1 or 80k. Also doesn’t help the at GM has zero marketing skills. I think affordable Camaros (even a 60k Vette) marketed properly could sell- especially to the NASCAR crowd. Offering different packages, different price points could draw people in. But then again, maybe it is too late.......

  17. I understand..and it does make sense. And I can even agree... But- the “car” person market is dying fast. Pretty soon the best “EV” will replace and plain old gas powered car- as your new money folks care more about image and less about what powers it, as long as it impresses their friends. My worry is getting cars back into the hands that still love them-before they give up on the oil and gasoline smell too....
  18. Good reason enough to build as many as they can. At this stage-being a super car is simply not enough. In order to keep the Vette alive, and try to bring some car folk into the fold- they need to appeal to more people in general. Due to the the fact that cars like this are not really attainable , and the fact less car about cars in general-people need something they can drive that will put a smile on their faces ...

  20. Considering they are quickly running out of cars, this would be a good idea. Could even get it a slight throwback look. Catch is this would need to go to China first-where they love their Buicks! This way there would be enough production to justify keeping them going here in the US....
  21. Summer
  22. I think they could still do both. Still think the Camaro should have a lower into price too....it’s how you get the bug started... ? And offer ways for them to custom up that ride. I think they could still bring a base C8 for maybe 40k. Also brings those same or similar folks in to the Chevy family. The nice part about the old pony cars is that they had a wide range in price.......
  23. Never thought I ‘d agree with a lower price point Vette- but it really is needed. While the Camaro is barely hanging on- now would be a good time to reintroduce the Vette to more than just the guys with the big money.....
  24. Getting a bit of a ricer vibe from it , but in a good way. Has a sporty look to it- with some power to back it up. Love that blue color! Also liking the mean looking front end....
