Very good point. A pay cut can hurt, but it can be dealt with. Asking workers for a cut like that-they are not even going to have time to adjust. Workers are not even going to be able to afford their house payments on wages that low. You might as well be working at Wal-Mart. Heck, I know part time people in retail going though college making a bit more than 9 bucks an hour. Either way, this isn't looking good for Delphi. I stick with my prediction that they will be gone in a few years...no matter which way you look at it, there is simply no way to win....

FOG, I can understand where you are coming from. I think we have all had] to go though it in some way(if you have been here a while). THere is nothing wrong with passion. I'm glad someone else agrees... Though snow has never been an issue with me...I've been able to drive with both with out issue...though ice does really, really suck. I remember sliding though intersections in my first car (w/o ABS)...

No vipe, you don't understand. Our roads Really suck. We don't even have road crews, just ask MDOT. :blink: Do your drivers actually fall in "sinkholes" in your roads? The Explorer? Ha! I don't think enough ws done to really improve it. Don't get me wrong, the new one is not bad, and rides much better, but it is not enough the win....

Judging by those alone, the Xterra should have won. The Commander is not bad, the Range rover is cool, and the rest were just pretty useless... :P

Nah FOG, GM just didn't have anything good this year... I'll be willing to wager that one of Gm's New SUVs next year will win though... Tahoe, anyone? B)

Quoted for truth (at least the Michigan roads part) I have a car with ABS and a car without...and for the most part, it just depends on how and where you drive... I do pretty good with both... ^_^

Hmmm...sounds like a good winter beater... As long as it has air, heat, and a radio, I'm quite happy... :) With our winters, an old Benz sounds like a nice replacement for my wagon...
