Okay... what just happened here? You know what? I don't really want to know. Here's my desktop. Boring.

And it's not Fugly. You forgot about the Aveo not being Fugly.

Cien
Well, seeing what GM has in store for Buick, the possibility of the vehicles like the Cien or the 16 are looking more of a possibility. GM will want to send the brand as upscale as possible in order to prevent brand overlap.

VW GX3 Debuts in LA
VW completely missing the mark again. Who is going to buy this besides car enthusiasts? Not very many average people. It's a cool car, I'll give you that but completely useless to many North Americans. With the sales failure also known as the Phaeton, the quality issues, and the upcoming minivan being outsourced to DCX, the future of the company looks grim. VW has to get it's act together or they're going to be toast. They're the equivalent to GM of North America. Though, the only difference is that they still have no direction and their problems are on a global scale with the recent loss of it's sales leader position in china to GM. That's what happens when you sell old vehicles in a market being flooded with much newer product.

Exclusive Camaro Video!
Looks like GM will be ending the decade on a high note. Too bad it's not now.

GMT511 Next Gen Uplander
Lambda it is. I read that the vans will look like "space ships" ... whatever that means. Then I read that the vans are not going to be produced in favor of the new Crossovers in a recent Motortrend (their information is questionable)

2006 NAIAS: Chevrolet Tahoe Two-Mode Full Hybrid
Cadillacfan replied to Northstar's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)I think the reason for that is to improve aerodynamics. Another reason why they took off the side plastic.

Civic car of the year? Baloney!
Cadillacfan replied to Angry Dad's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)My brother, who owns a new Cobalt recently sat in a Civic and commented on how cheap it felt. He said his interior seemed nicer overall. Believe it or not, this isn't the first time I heard this. It seems that they're just handing out awards just for the fun of it.

2006 NAIAS: Buick Enclave Concept
Cadillacfan replied to Northstar's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)Let me just say that Lutz still has it. Without him, this vehicle probably wouldn't have been made. To all the haters out there, he certainly kept his promise.

Lexus Reveals 2007 LS 460
Did anyone else get reminded of the Acura RL just a little bit when looking at that first shot? The interior looks high quality but that's what we've come to expect. Though, the center stack kind of ruins the overall feel of the interior for me. It's borderline ugly. At least it's original though. The back seats are the best part of this car. It looks so comfortable and high-tech. The upcoming Caddy ULS should have seats just like that. Overall, it's a decent effort by Lexus. The exterior could've been a lot nicer and less plain-jane

2006 NAIAS: Hyundai HCD9 Talus Concept
Cadillacfan replied to Northstar's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)If this is the future face of Hyundai, the Japanese and Domestics should have no problem holding them off.

2006 NAIAS: Infiniti Coupe Concept
Cadillacfan replied to Variance's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)Well, now we know what the G35 coupe / skyline will look like. Though, I'm not liking the Lexus styling injection in the grille. Though, the rest of the vehicle is nice.

A Nissan Display Worker Is In Critical Condition
That is awful. I hope his condition improves. Though, what the hell was he doing 50 feet off the ground? I'm not familiar with the layout of the Cobo center. Are there lofts or catwalks present?

2006 NAIAS: Buick Enclave Concept
Cadillacfan replied to Northstar's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)Such an exciting time for Buick. I'm so impressed with this vehicle. Beyond my expectations and on closer inspection it looks like they've integrated the HVAC controls into the dash! GM is listening!!!

C&G First Scoop! Some Buick Enclave Details
This is a great looking vehicle. There is no way GM will produce that interior as is though. It's nicer then any Cadillac or Lexus on the road today! It has a very Mercedes look to it but stays original.

C&G First Scoop! Some Buick Enclave Details

2006 NAIAS: Ford Reflex Concept
Cadillacfan replied to Northstar's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)I can't put my finger on it but I just don't like this concept. I want to like it but maybe the camera angles are ruining it for me. Or maybe it's just ugly. I'll let you know what I've decided on.

2006 NAIAS: 2007 Ford Edge
Cadillacfan replied to Northstar's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)I can tell just by looking at the spy pics of the interior that the Aviator will be much nicer.

2006 NAIAS: 2007 Ford Shelby Cobra GT500
Cadillacfan replied to Northstar's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)Indeed. I hope Ford spends more money on it's Radio and HVAC controls in the future because they make good interiors look cheap.
