  1. I've not driven the current gen Malibu, a probably never will. I simply don't like the exterior. I drove a previous gen one and hated it, the plastic "stitching" on the steering wheel dug into my hands, the materials, though many of them soft, squeaked when pressed on, the gas peddle was overly sensative, teh steering was to light and the brakes were mushy. This sorta irrlelavant, since this thread pertains to the current gen car, just felt like saying something Just out of curiousity, does the current gen car still have these issues?
  2. most reliable cars my ass.
  3. Intrepidation replied to Bimmer325's topic in Chrysler
    I'll take both or either!
  4. Personally, I like the new wheels, and the changes in the interior make a huge difference. It looks much better in there.
  5. I wanna see the convertible, it looks to have much better proportions.
  6. I thinkRick just seems to blow a lot of smoke, Lutz actually seems to get things done. Ghosen turned around an entire company, he's got skill, that can't be argued, GM could certainly use a guy like that.
  7. I'm glad to see it has more power and a better transmission, it should accelerate better and have better milage now. I like the headlight update as well, but I'm baffled why the center stack hasn't been updated.
  8. I'm not a fan of the fake window in teh C-pillar. The rest of the exterior I'm not sure I like...but like the Charger, it may grow on me, and probably looks far beter in real life than pics. More pics would be good. The interior desgn looks pretty damn good, I just wanna se it in some different colors, not gray. I'm not ready to give a verdict yet, though I think the Avenger will look cooler.

Why do they keep refering it to "Range Rover" it's a model not teh brand. The brand is called Land Rover...morons...
  10. I must say that is an awesome looking interior!
  11. Intrepidation replied to Chris_Doane's topic in Chrysler
Subtle yet effective. The new headlights look better and more intgrated than the old designs. I'm surprised the interior didn't receive a new center stack though.
  12. I thought the Firepower concept was sweet, I say build it and make use of the Viper's platform, and get some more profit from it. The interior was great and the exterior was awesome. I think the front end could use some tweaking but even as is it looks very good. This would not be a pointless car as some people seem to think. It would be a halo/flagship car like the Corvette is for Chevy or the XLR is for Caddy. It'll be more desireable than teh Crossfire too, especially with a nice 425 hp Hemi. On topof that it would be a lo volume car, so it wouldn't pile up on dealer lots like teh Crossfire has been. Anyone who doesn't get the point of a halo car like this is either ignorant or not a car enthusiast. If you don't like it cuz of its looks is fine, since to each his own, but I personally like it a lot.
  13. The interior of the Uplander looks nice, but it's not pretty on the outside, and remembering back to the side impact photos of it and a new Sedona...and how bad the Uplander looked....I wouldn't buy it. Plus it's underpowered. It'd take a caravan...Stow `n go, decent interior, good looks for a minivan, good power.
  14. I like it, I'm glad to see the interior looks the same, hopefully the materials will be as good as the show car was.
  15. Yep, isn't the NG CTS gonna be a bit smaller to fit the size class better?
  16. wtf kinda slang is TITS? Last I checked that's the name of something that's probably not allowed to be shown in the forum
  17. Intrepidation replied to titan's topic in Honda
I like it overall but not the Civic-like font end.
  18. SS should be reserved for true high performance vehicles, not decent performance. This eats away at my respect for GM since they are willing to slap those badges on everything from the Silverado to the Malibu. SS should be like SRT...most powerful, fastest, and sportiest in their respective classes. Not "So So it doesn't suck anymore but that guy's Rav4 has as much/more power"
  19. Sorry to hear about your car Satty, but at least you're alright and that's what matters most
  20. That thing is just so damn awesome...I can't wait to own one!
  21. The exterior is sorta interesting...teh windows are like what you'd find on a DeLorean The interior looks very good, especially for it's time!
  22. that does suck. However this engine has never had overheating problems. Evene when that sound was being made, the oil pressure and temperature were fine. We took it to the mechanic...they so far haven't dound anything. It's gonna get a tune up Monday, so maybe if something is wrong it'll turn up when they look at it. But so far..nadda...been working fine.
  23. ::Update:: Well as it turns out, the flasher unit I initially replaced was also bad...bought a new one today and stuck it in...problem solved. As for the knocking...I'm still not sure. The original knocking I heard that day hasn't returned. NOw because I'm sorta paranoid about it it's become harder to tell if i hear any knocking or if it's just the converter rattling around (cuz it makes like 2 different sounds).
  24. Just buy a `Cuda badge and you're all set
