Somewhat related, I'm amused that Chrysler was pushed to "standardize" back then, when now, we are seeing push buttons for some new cars. I would NOT buy a car based on the name ... any year MC or Impala case in point. As for the mc/Lumina debacle, definitely hard to prove since looks are subjective. Don't really like it myself, tho it does appear to be a nice evolution of the current design theme. To me, the rear looks like they tried to combine all other models (impala, malibu, Camaro, Volt).
