  3. Actually, those rear seats look very inviting, and the leather looks amazing. But I don't like how the rear console kind of just ends as odd as it does. It looks like it was meant to run into where the rear air vents are, but then the designers changed their minds at the last moment.
  4. Oooh...so nice, so very nice. I'll take my GTS in the dark red.

  6. That's priceless!
  7. So far, I've only see 2 Raiders. The rental stats on the Dakota are sad.
  8. Ohsnap: I'm across the Potomac in Laurel...actually, it's West Laurel, we're not really a part of the city, more of a CDP. And since you're price range is $30-45k, a Tahoe LT or Yukon SLE would be a good bet, maybe an Explorer Eddie Bauer if you don't need full-size.

  10. The Mazda6 is at the top of my list. We have a 6 i I4 as a rental, and I'm very impressed. So my list looks like: 1) Mazda6 S V6 2) Aura XR 3) Fusion SEL V6 4) Milan Premier V6 5) G6 GTP 6) Passat 3.6 7) '07 Altima SL V6 8. Legacy GT 9) Impala SS 10) Malibu LTZ/SS 11) LaCrosse CXS

A monochromatic and lowered S-10 sounds pretty cool IMO. Thinking about tinted windows too? Normally I don't care for them, but I think they'd look good since the truck's going to be painted black.

  14. I want to see a CTS 'vert more than anything. However, the crossover has my attention as well.
  15. Thanks guys! I'm still waiting for cards from the family, so y'all are excused.
  16. Welcome ohsnap! Cool, another DC-metro area member. Which side of the Potomac are you on? MarioBro: I've never seen a camo'd car around these parts. Too bad, since no one would really notice it. edit: my SUV recommendations: Chevy HHR, Chvy Equinox/Pontiac Torrent, Nissan Xterra, Saturn Vue V6, Ford Edge, Mazda CX-7, or a Mercury Mariner.
  17. Uff...bland. I think the rims are ok, though.
  18. My dad's '91 Explorer had a moonroof that only tilted. Our '81 Jaguar XJ6 has a power sliding unit. Both are water-tight, but we never used the one in the Explorer, and the Jag's only gets opened to air the cabin out when we move it around. I love how sunroofs make the cabin feel more open, so yes, I'd get one.

    Here here-bring on the Enclave!
  20. Solstice > Miata. Nice. They're both cool little roadsters.

  22. Eh...I don't see a networking tab anywhere. Oh well, we're getting DSL here soon, so I'll just wait until then to see if the boost in speed helps. If not, well, I know where to come. Thanks for the help RMC and others.
  23. RMC: do you mean like this?
