Well how many of you have seen it already... did you guys enjoy it? well i'll add my comentary after i get a few responses

personally i look at cars that are rusting... and i think to myself... couldnt you have just taken 15 minutes out of your day, to wax it? and your car would still look new...

the uplander is a flop... here on the west coast, the astro van used to be soo popular... even though it need a refresh after 20 years it still did its job... the uplander doesnt look as good as the astro, it doesnt tow as much, and people think the uplander is lame... if gm really wants to sell the vehicle they should advertise it... i've seen no advertising for it...

well lets see how the Aura handles the Camry and Accord... and i heard that later in the year the impala is supposed to go on the offensive against the camry

the fact that it is the fastest growing company in the last 5 years... i think with over 360% growth...

you saw an 06 trailblazer... and the wheels i believe are just 20's... i was looking over the thing today, and i relized the exhaust doesnt sound very good... i mean its good, but its not rumbly and loud like you'd expect from the corvette motor... also... i noticed, that its got to say something if the owner of our dealership who has always driven suburbans, and his demo right now is a SS trailblazer... as well with the other owner, always tahoes... but right now SS trailblazer...

i know there are something manufatures can do about actual selling price, because i heard from a ford guy, that their jaguar & land rover dealership was being sued by ford for charging too much or something... but our dealership and owners wont allow us to sell over msrp... and also the banks wont finance over a certain % over MSRP... for example... the most i know a bank will finance is 30% over... so on a 43k$ vehicle... 0 money down, the most the bank will finance should be around 56k$ well if they want to charge you 53k... plus tax, they have to reduce the price, because the banks wont finance that much... and if you have any negative equity... forget about it... dont listen to what the salesmen say... the reason they do mark ups, is so after negotiation they can be at msrp... at least thats what i am told by other dealerships... cause some chevys do markups on everything 2-3k... and just hope to get back to MSRP instead of 2-3k below MSRP

This is where the LS3 comes in... all you would need to do, is stroke it out when the LS3 comes out... to get up to 427... but i think realistically the LS3 when it comes out, will probably be around 450-475hp base... being a 6.0 so whats the point of making it a 7L?

just as GM gets into it and gets awarded the 'Best tuner' the market goes sour?

haha we are on the top 10 for the country in CSI scores only being beat by a 1 or 2 chevy dealerships and some cadillac dealerships... but i will say we fudge our numbers i'm sure they could include transaction price in with the saturn dealerships... but then again... why cant these dealerships just do what saturn does best... not haggle... although i do think saturn customers are wealthy...

but... if GM wanted to throw CSI into it... they could dealerships with bad CSI get crappy selection from the factory... dealers with Good CSI like us get the best and the quickest response from GM...

well gm might start collapsing old franchises and replacing them with better located franchises with new contracts...

but they still have seen stock times in the high 12's i know a guy whos only got a few bolt ons and hes running 12.19 and GTO's are running 13.0 with only 400 hp... the corvette is running 12.8's... the GTO being a goat, and a pig still is a better pig then the GT500 i guess

haha, sales are down everywhere not just GM... out sales over the weekend were only 50% what they were last year... as was the nissan store next to us...

well thats kind of the point... there are bad names... and currently, the vehicles that will be remembered are going to be chevrolet something... the aveo is a decent car, but certainly not up to chevrolet standards... whenever our trainer comes by he tells us things that apply to all chevrolet, but we have to remember not to include those in our walk arounds of aveos... things like TPC specs on tires... (to prevent rollovers similar to firestone & fords) things like timing chains... (made to last the life of the motor, aveo doesnt have) there are more, but for the sake of simplicity the aveo doesnt meet the standards, so why drag chevrolet's image down with a run of the mill car? if it were a GEO or a Deowoo, people would understand they are getting a subpar car, but if its marked as a chevrolet, people might have expectations that the aveo wont stand up to...

lol yea, the 03-04 cobras were faster then that...

you know they have ball point pen printers... they are designed to make signatures look real, but in reality its still a machine... politians use them a lot

well there was a reason i picked the elantra a few years ago as my first new vehicle... it was the cheapest car that came with power windows power doors mirrors and a/c and stereo... for the future i'll never get another asian 4 banger, cause their A/C's are gutless and dont know how to cool you down on a hot day...

from how the article is reading, it almost seems as if he is returning to the possition of GMNA, after a 2 year trip to china... who was the president of GMNA in 2004?

no i think ford did a 10+ million car recall a few months back...
