  1. I hate to think that someone would do that, but I really hope hes wrong... this article is a real get you downer...
  2. I think hes doing more harm then good... just sit down and say that you tried...
  3. i dont like that artical... York is trigger happy about selling... I think GM must walk a fine line to fix itself... York is a bit more clubsy about it, i think... he's more interested in... consolidation, the pontiac buick desolving type of additude... although GM sure has assets... but how much of the assets are going to be sold before GM has nothing left... i mean wagooner has been selling quite a bit recently...
  4. he cant reinvest for a while due to his selling of the 15 million shares, to appear as a loss... if he reinvests, it will void the loss... he must wait for a bit of time to pass i'm not sure on the details..
  5. sorry to bust your parade, but the 06 Tahoe Z71 was a bit above 48k... and the LTZ isnt for everyone the LT3 is really all you need, if anything... I'm not sure what the difference is, but the LT3 we have doesnt have navigation, and i'm sure the LTZ's will be 4x4 or AWD... soo... i think for a Z71 to cost 48k this year, and for an 07 you can get a LTZ for 45k with navigation, 4x4 and many extra features for 45k... you are going to be happy
  6. whered that come from... anywho... i was saying why doesnt gm advertise that the malibu is on a platform that sells more units then any other vehicle/platofrm... but i then realized my numbers were flawed...
  7. yea get the firebird away from the same sheet metal, get it into a extremely modern... cause lots of people are saying "Am i the onle one that doesnt like the retro" the firebird needs to continue where it left off... and use pontiac's new theme...

  12. You should go again... there is a friendly v8 rwd coupe... accually its just a coupe u can see under and its all plastic... but the camaro is in los angeles if you wanted to look again...
  13. Tahoes subrubans and silverados already have them mounted to the seats... so you can bet its gonna stay...
  14. lol its fake... dealerships do that all the time... anything from, heres a key that may be the one to start the free vehicle... to... you are pre-qualified notices.. to... You still got that 2001 Tahoe... well we just got these 07's in you should really check them out... or... You still got a 98 Camaro... I've got a guy right here that wants to buy it, when can you come in?
  15. 165k for how many years...? because the most expensive cost is the research and development... and 165k, would mean high volume low cost... meaning they are thinking already of us the SSR is 42k and it sells what 10k a year if its lucky... the GTO 33k and it sells what 16k a year... so... at 165k a year... we ought to be... more like 18-27k...

i just today saw a park avenue with port holes... i'd never seen one before with them, so maybe they were added on later...?
  17. if this is the direction buick is going, i really might start to consider them when i look for a sedan or suv... and i'm 20, with two firebirds... haha a buick would fit right in

yea if you watched the movie Islands, they make reference to it being like a 2009 model a v12 mid engine with a sticker price of 500k... soo... hopefully they'll make it... cuase it was hot!
  19. yea if those products dont do well... then dump the brand... but... they have a lot of pontenial... that aura is a camry killer i think....
  20. saturn was one of the only GM brands that accually grew in sales this year, besides hummer and cadillac...

he's learning, and i fully believe once he gets comfortable and familiar with his area in the industry he will help GM recover dominance in the market place... an American Revolution, stresses Revolution, as in change, according to the american heritiage dictionary of the english language "a drastic and far-reaching change in ways of thinking and behaving" it wouldnt really be very worth while to call it a revolution without something to move forward or change... as in "America" "An American Revolution" is no different then Toyota's slogan "Moving you forward" they mean the same thing... where as Ford always preaches, "America's Car Company" Toyota and Ford wrap themselves with the US Flag, one is a bit undeserving... and the other is relitively traditional. not trying to correct you, just giving my thoughts on the subject
