and the perception of quality... i think this is the major thing... its one thing to say, JD powers says this... but its another when the company says... LOOK FUTHER MUCKERS THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT IN THE WORLD! They advertise enough each month that everyone who isnt in the car market knows there is a red tag sale going, or a employee discount.... but with all that they still are on the edge about reliablity why not use the same advertising force on other promos rather then discounts... Challenge the customers, dare them to test the product... "Because If you looked recenetly you dont know chevrolet"

on this note... when you have 2 cars that are essentailly the same, you only need to run the tests on one? or do the tests need to be run on both?

haha... i can almost almost beat that 97 mph over the speed limit... the speed limit was, 65, i was going... 1...5...5-160 ish... so thats 90-95mph over the limit... as you can see... not too agressive, just fast... and i wont go that fast again, cause i almost hit a car cause i couldnt stop fast enough, the mustang i raced topped out, soo, i had to switch lanes, but still couldnt stop fast enough, almost hit a truck...

the bigger you are the harder you fall.... thats the statement i live by... the question is, which giant will fall... and i'm going to assume that the giant being supported by its country will stand strong, and the one in which has been ousted will be the goliath, that curls over and dies due to a rock. hopefully i'm wrong, but... companys cant compete against countrys... so GM loses...

well i have a few different driving styles... personally i like to get up to speed quickly and then just cruise. sometimes, i cruise at 80mph (never over 80 consistantly) and sometimes, if i really want to enjoy the drive, 55 or 60mph... but, if i see someone that looks like an interesting race trying to get me to go, i'll punch it... but seeing that as soon as i punch the gas, the car is at over 110 mph in a matter of seconds and i'm in jail time... its advisable to rarely drive like that. but its hard to agrivate me, so road rage isnt me, if someone does get road rage, i'll be about 10 seconds ahead of traffic, to stay away from them, i love my car too much for some jack to start getting upset

i'd agree, i enjoy seeing them on test drives(theres a GMC/PONTIAC/BUICK dealership next door) the solstice and the lucerne are always enjoyable to see driving around, the look so luxurious, so crisp and clean, so... sophistocated, and prestigous, where the cadillac looks to be refined and sporty(not sporty on the DTS tho)...

the impala, is not on the same platform as the lucerne, or dts... the impala, is on the shame chassis as the grand prix and the lucerne share the platform of the olds and you're pontiac boneville correct me if i'm wrong though not entirely sure what this has to do with GMT900's though...

why does GM have to tarnish Pontiac, with a damn compact!? Pontiac is supposed to be GM's version of BMW... wtf is there a ecconomy car there... i see no excitment in a 1.6l 107 hp compact car... sure the car looks better then other cars in the segment, but leave it to chevrolet, and hell give saturn a version, but it doesnt fit pontiac's image...

well... GM is dropping all of the extended models, due to the plant closing in february... isnt that right?

Okay, I'll first off to say i've never seen this vehicle until today... okay, what 1970 rwd, rear engine, 2 seater, with pop-up lights, has a spare tire behind the passenger seat? it might be mid engine, but i'm pretty sure it was rear engine... tell me if you need a few hints... ohh, and I've never seen this automakers vehicles in the USA before. (so i dont know if they were sold here)

yea i dont think it could launch any better, it'll be a home run... now they just need good marketing to go with the launch and it'll be a grand slam
