There is a little bit of Mercury Sable in front, and if you squint real hard, you may even see a touch of Bentley in some of the creases. It's a conservative but substantial look, which is appropriate in its role as a luxury car in China.

The dealerships botched the launch. $4000 markups is not the way to sell cars. The leak about a major power boost the next year did not help things, and by then, people lost interest in the car.

It's probably worth the drive down to L.A. to get the car. Most Fresno dealerships are not known for having great deals.

Probably Japanese with all those automakers having their U.S. HQ there. Maybe a new Nissan Altima running around? I once saw a camoed car running around the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
