Yesterday (last day of June), saw a Mitsubishi i-MiEV, first on the street for me. Nice looking golf cart. The local dealer was advertising them for about $29K minus about $16K in tax incentives. Saw this at the local Costco today:

This chain-reaction accident on the 14 Antelope Valley Freeway north of L.A. began when a big table fell off a pickup truck. One big rig was involved, and there were a couple of critical injuries. That there weren't even more serious injuries or fatalities is, I think, a testament to how safe modern vehicles are.

The 2013 Camaro has a new blue, GXH Blue Ray Metallic. It's the same paint code as Night Race Blue for the 2013 Corvette and Sapphire Blue Metallic for the XTS. It's a darker blue.

Looking forward to your impressions. When I saw the car at the dealer, what struck me what how small the car looked in the flesh outdoors, even though I had already seen it at the auto show. It really reminded me of the Datsun 240Z, which is about 4 inches shorter. I didn't ask to test drive one because it would be too tempting to take one home.
