GM Design: Oldsmobile in the 1980s
Well, you just made my day. Some of those renderings I have seen before, but alot of them I have not! It was only a matter of time that Gary Smith's site Deans Garage was mentioned. Gary Smith is my hero, the man behind the Achieva! This is my favorite era of GM design!!!! Thank you so much for sharing!

> Production Orlando sneak peek!!!, from the GM video: What makes a Chevrolet a Chevrolet
Nah, I sent them the tip. GM has reposted the video now, but the Orlandos have been edited out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8YGktsf8Ek Also featured now on the Vince Burlapp Car Page: http://www.burlappcars.com/2009/08/chevrolet-orlando.html and GMI: http://www.gminsidenews.com/forums/f38/pro...gm-video-82956/ (with clueless discussion!)

The Intrepid Project
- > Production Orlando sneak peek!!!, from the GM video: What makes a Chevrolet a Chevrolet
C&G first! What makes a Chevrolet a Chevrolet: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqdJY_DcSBw At 1:09, you can clearly see two Chevrolet CUVs. Could these be production Orlando prototypes? The one on the left shares styling features with the Volt! The one on the right matches up with the latest spy pictures ( http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2011-chevy-orlando-spy-shots/ ) Double size:- Project Achieva
It doesnt really translate in pictures, but they look very shiny in person. At night, they are very visible under the courtesy lights. I didn't clear coat them. Im thinking of giving them a second coat of "chrome". First time Iv done something like this, so I dunno?- The Intrepid Project
I couldnt help but notice...your Interepid is de-badged up front, yet still carries the dealer ad out back. Whats the deal? It should proudly display the Dodge badge, yet not give free advertising to a dealer IMO. I think the wheels look good, though I would have gone with a chunkier design. Your original idea of Avenger wheels might have looked better (and more brand-correct). There are at least 2 (gen2) Intrepids, 1 Eagle Vision and at least 2 LHS' in the yard where I got my parts IIRC.- 2010 Cadillac SRX in person
Interior looked/felt nice from my 1 minute of sitting in it. Much nicer than I thought it would.- 2010 Buick Allure (LaCrosse) in person
Hmmm...I never realized they had different guages for US and Canada!- 2010 Cadillac SRX in person
Got a chance to see the new SRX in person for the first time. I only got a few minutes with it as the show was over and they were moving it. Only snapped 3 pictures . VIDEO: PICS:- 2010 Buick Allure (LaCrosse) in person

One coat, and test fit. Looks pretty blingy... Quick video: Pics:- 2010 Buick Allure (LaCrosse) in person
At the St. Catharines GM show, they had a loaded Allure CXS. I did an "in-depth" video showing some of the cars features......- Word Association

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1992-OLDSMO...d=p4506.c0.m245 1992 OLDSMOBILE ACHIEVA IMSA GTU RACE CAR Vehicle Description This 1992 Oldsmobile Achieva IMSA GTU race car was part of the GM Heritage Museum collection. This handsome IMSA GTU race car is powered by an OLDS QUAD 16V DOHC engine with 5 speed rear mounted Hewland transaxle. Other features include: BF Goodrich slicks, dry sump oil system and oil cooler, HEWLAND REAR MOUNTED TRANSAXLE and WILWOOD alloy HUBS. Since this race car has been in storage in the GM Museum, it should be gone through mechanically before being used on a race track. This is the car sold earlier this year through Barret Jackson. http://www.barrett-jackson.com/application...;pop=0&it=1 Here is a pic of one of these babies in action, Mid Ohio 1992:- Apple is getting on my nerves again

There were NO 2010 LaCrosses at the B(O)(P) dealership...and it was a fairly large store. >dealer told me that they are already being shipped, and should be in dealers within the next 2 weeks! There were NO 2010 Tauruses at the Ford dealership...and it was a very large store. >sometime in the next month There were NO base Camaros (within the visible part of the lot) at the Chevy dealership...and it was a very large store. >depends on the store...all 3 of my local Chevy stores recieved their first Camaros on July 29th...and I live about 1 hour from Oshawa - > Production Orlando sneak peek!!!, from the GM video: What makes a Chevrolet a Chevrolet
