What is the Sludge Grudge
This case will hinge on whether or not these owners can prove they maintained their cars. If they can provide proof (receipts, logs, invoices, etc.) then they'll get money. If not, Toyota isn't at fault.

You Have Much to Live for, Robot!
It's so good to finally see a company standing up to these rediculous groups and demands.

FIRST LOOK: 2008 Pontiac G8 GT
Charger obsolete: The Charger has more style and emotion in one headlight. The G8 is like the Camry of mainstream RWD sedans. It isn't a bad thing because it could possibly appeal to more people (especially women) but the entire design is nothing to take note of on the road. It blends in with everything else (stealth, smealth). The G6 coupe has more head turning appeal, IMO. The car itself (mechanicals and interior) is very good. I just hope the interior doesn't come in such hideous colors such as the one pictured and what we have seen on the Commodore. The Pontiac arrowhead needs to be red but I can see why the designers used a bland monochrome version on this. The wheels are amazingly sexy and have to be offered on the production version. This will suffice for the time being. I just hope it is priced correctly.

2008 Toyota Highlander and Highlander Hybrid
Oops. At first glance it looks like the exhaust pipes come out the rear bumper. I thought it was surprising for Toyota to do it. Thanks for correcting me.

CHICAGO: 2008 Ford Taurus X
At least it isn't as bland as the Freestyle.
-
CHICAGO: 2008 Mercury Sable
The greenhouse throws everything off. The wheels are over-the-top as well and the color doesn't suit the vehicle.

2008 Toyota Highlander and Highlander Hybrid
I think Toyota will have a homerun with this. The exterior is elegant if not Santa Fe-ish (not a good thing) but I love the exhaust. I'm glad Toyota stuck with a square-ish design instead of following the Murano/Edge and eliminating passenger/cargo room. The interior looks good, though the black and grey buttons on the center stack/console should be either black or grey, not both. I think it looks better than the upcoming Veracruz and OUTLOOK but the Acadia looks a little bit better, more masculine.

Damn cold...and snow....
I WANT SNOW! The cold isn't as good without it.

CONGRATULATIONS COLTS!
Eli is better looking. Prince's half-time performance was very good. What was up with the somewhat cheap wannabe-Olympic Opening Ceremonies? The first play of the game was the best play of the game, IMO.

Spied: 2008 Saab 9-3
The hood and headlights look good but the grille has worn out its welcome. I think it's time for something new.

Reviews: 2008 Dodge Avenger
It's growing on me, too, along with the Sebring. I think the interior is nice design-wise but apparently the materials are not there (what else is new?).

FIRST LOOK: 2008 Saturn VUE Red Line and Green Line
I like the current, updated VUE better than this. It looks more substantial and not as busy or Korean.

2008 Saturn Astra
Aside from the grille and some aspects of the interior, I really like this car. The Mazda 3 5-door looks better, IMO, and the 3 has the better interior but the Astra 3-door is sexy. I think it will do very well. Someone mentioned supply will be limited. Is it because of production limitations or GM doesn't want to drown the marketplace? I'm waiting for base model photos without the flashy wheels and trim. If it looks good in base trim the car will be a homerun.

Preview: 2008 Nissan Titan, Armada and Pathfinder
I have seen a number of Tundra and Titan trucks in my area with racks and bed boxes in my area.

2008 Refreshed Dakota
The exterior looks better, more refined and conservative. Kudos to DCX for updating the truck so soon.

G8 Teaser
Perhaps you failed to read my entire post or you have selective reading? Plus, I never said I loved the design or thought the exterior was amazing. I like the how taut it is, that's about it. Quit fooling yourself. We have seen the entire car (Commodore) and now we have seen the grille that will be grafted on to the front of it.

Preview: 2008 Infiniti G Coupe
The current G35 coupe is sexy and usually the person in the driver's seat is, too. Hopefully this continues the trend but the drawing looks somewhat overweight and bulbous.

AUTOWEEK AURA VS CAMRY
GM's most recent truck/SUV/crossover offerings have been much, much better than its recent car offerings and, judging by the new Malibu, that trend will continue albeit with a smaller gap, IMO. It's amazing to me because it all comes from the same company.

G8 Teaser
I'll be in the minority here and say I'd much rather have a Charger. As much as I like Pontiac (GP was my first car) and Australia (have been there), and want to see the division to succeed, this does little for me. Yes, it has a tight, compact body (how I like my men) and the interior is amazing, it just doesn't get me as hot and bothered as the Charger does. If I had the money (for car payment and gas) I'd trade in the xB for a Charger. The G8 does not have that same kind of pull or allure, IMO. Even the name sums up the car: boring, derivative, cheap, lame, V8. I have a feeling we're looking at a GTO redux (and I loved the GTO, design and everything), especially if the price is off by even the smallest of amounts.

Jan. 2007 Sales: Hyundai Motor America
The "new" Accent has finally shown some legs after being on the market for, what, a year?
-
Jan. 2007 Sales: Nissan North America
I never really warmed up to the Altima until I started seeing the advertising for it. That 3-D character line is hot, especially in the color that is shown in the commercials. I also like the taillights now. Push-button start is standard on all models...very nice, IMO.

Jan. 2007 Sales: Ford Motor Company
I think I have seen more new Expeditions than new Suburbans in my area. I think the Expy looks better but the Suburban has a nicer interior. I'd like to own a Jaguar someday, too, Ven. It's funny and scary at the same time: the Reedman-Toll Auto World (one of the largest dealerships in the world, I believe) is right down the street from where I live. They recently renovated all of the showrooms, one for each seperate brand. The Jaguar showroom looked beautiful, you could see the Jags through the wall of windows as you drove past. Last week I drove past and there was a bunch of Chevrolets inside. I have no clue what happened but, considering the dealership, it doesn't bode well for the brand.

honda CIVIC type R
Most, if not all, of the reviews I have read about Toyota cars with center-mounted gauges have referred to them as annoying, cheap, etc. That interior design...wow. Leaves me speechless and not in a good way.
