That grille is really out of place.

The wheels could be a little bit better/sportier (they remind me of the ones on the DTS or STS or something from years ago). Lack of fog lights is just stupid.

The hatch WRX is growing on me, too, but the rest of the line-up just screams basic cheapo car. Too droopy, too. Speaking of droopy, I've been seeing a growing number of older drivers in Imprezas, too.

Not bad. It actually looks pretty mean. Edit: Dodge should also put out a mid-level model to get the sales. Something like the WRX level. 200 some HP.

Though I'm not going to put it as harsh as you did, I agree. Holden's designs are safe, predictable, boring. Camry/Accord-like. The nondescript G8 name fits. The only things that don't blend in to every other car on the road are the powertrain and (probably...hopefully) performance. Are the Holden rebadges better than what Pontiac has now or has had in the past decade or so? Hell yes. Better interiors, more performance-oriented, RWD. However, there's nothing really special about them. If you want to be politically correct, the G8 is a sleeper. The Charger looks like the vehicle it's trying to be. There are markets for both, however, for Pontiac fans it's very unfortunate the brand is basically getting Holden rebadges. You might as well save the money and rename Pontiac "Holden."

As has been said, good pricing. Based on looks, though, I'd go with a Charger. Lack of nav is an issue. If a $17K xB can have one, a $30K entry-lux car can have one. It's perception, stupid.

I'm going to say about 3K were '07 CTS.

It looks better, IMO, without black tie. The thinking behind black tie was good but the execution was horrible. The Cobalt should not have the same controls as the Escalade. Period. No excuses. Now, GM could design a head unit/HVAC controls with the same basic design but change things for each brand (ie Lambdas). It saves money and raises the perception of quality for each brand.

Not to be a downer but I'm scared of the Traverse.

I actually think the interior looks alright. I really like this two-tone. However, the center stack isn't as good as it could be and the door panels look very plain and cheap. There are also too many cut lines. The IP is awesome, though. I'm not a fan of hard plastic on the back of the seats because, IMO, it scratches/scuffs too easily. It looks great from the front: modern and sporty. The rear end is a disaster.

Thanks Chris D.! Enclave influences abound, from the grille and headlights to the taillights and I think it's a very good thing. I am excited to see this as it should be Buick's bread and butter project.

What about those in England? The EuroZone? The currency exchange rate is even higher in those areas.

How the hell did I miss this? I'm an idiot. This is some good stuff...very good stuff. After the Enclave, I am of the opinion that GM finally knows how to build Buick interiors (ie. cues, colors, materials, overall styling). My only concern would be that there is so much wood (real or plood in the flesh?). The CD opening in the center stack is beautiful - very art-y.

Bad news for both sides but for one it's worse. The UAW has a lot to lose, both now and in the future, and by striking they will be losing the most.

I agree. There's too much plood (or real wood, if it is). I think the tan interior looks better, which is usually my preference.

The design has changed much but it looks a little more substantial and refined. The interior is horrible, though. Very cheap and Chinese-looking.

I've always liked the 300 (except the base model with plastic wheel covers, which are still standard) and this refresh really doesn't change my mind. The exterior hasn't changed much but looks better. The interior looks slightly better, too, but I hope the quality of the materials is above average. The wood IS fake (it says so) but, in the photo, it's used sparingly. It could look better, though. Overall, not bad. However, I wonder what the next-gen 300 will look like. It's going to be very hard to design a follow-up, IMO, just like the PT Cruiser.

Yeah, that's what I meant. People who feel the need to be flashy and have everything new.

The interior looks very nice but I'm not a fan of the exterior. The front looks alright but it goes downhill from there, IMO. Just a mashup of different styling cues. Edit: spelling.

While it certainly has heritage and off-road capability, it does little for Toyota in the long run. It's a waste of development money. If you want to spend $55K on a luxury SUV, you don't go into a Toyota dealership. That is what Lexus is for.

Now that you mention it... The LED reading lights do look pretty cool, though. Upscale.
