  1. I don't like the turn signal indicator/reflector on the front bumper. It looks cheap.

    More refined...nice.
  3. Forget the H2, you have to worry about the porkers strolling across the parking lot of McDonald's.
  4. Awesome. I took a few long road trips over the past week and I have been seeing all versions of the G6. I was surprised at the number of coupes out on the roads.

Looking good but the rear door cutout looks somewhat odd. Excitement is an understatement.
  6. Cue MPG stories. Oops...too late.

  8. I was on my way back from Pittsburgh last night when all traffic suddenly stopped on the PA Turnpike past Harrisburg. After waiting for about 1 hour we were able to get by. It was a Vibe and some older car. The Vibe was obliterated by the concrete center median. The driver's seat was in the back...not a good sign. The other car didn't look too bad, it was turned around in the opposite direction. The weird thing was that not too many people were on the road in central PA around 10:00PM so how hard did these people try to get in an accident?

The last book I read was "Godless" by Ann Coulter. Hil-f@#king-arious!
  10. No, no, no. My freshman year in college was pure hell. Commuting on a train at least 2 hours every weekend was horrible. Not having more than 2 friends was torture. Switching my major was a trip. Not getting the classes I needed or wanted was not fun. My grades are hilarious. I did not get my dream summer job. The cards were pretty stacked against me the past 9 months and at point I was so deeply depressed I thought about stepping in front of an Amtrak train. Nothing was going my way, not even a little bit. I asked myself a rhetorical question every time something happened: What else is new? Now that summer is here my mood has brightened but I still miss actually having friends and even though I was loving the single life after a 3 1/2 year relationship, I have wanted that certain someone for a few months now, probably as a reaction to not having any contact with friends. So that's my life. Sorry to bore you all but I had to tell someone. I've kept it hidden for the past couple of months.
  11. hell yeah
  12. There are people other than BV who you should be worried about. Mutey, I like that phrase. Do they sell them at Starbucks? Maybe you could show me one or two pointers. J/K.

Publicly, yes. Behind-the-scenes, I can almost guarantee a change of plans.
  14. Standard side airbags wouldn't hurt, either, for any manufacturer.
  15. Chrysler and Co. need to focus on powertrain (specifically V6) and interiors. Save for the Compass, Commander and Aspen/Durango, they have exterior design down pretty well. Their vehicles stand out in a crowd. Unfortunately, it seems as though they focused on exterior design and left everything else behind. The LX cars, however many of you hate them, are the most significant vehicles from an American manufacturer in decades, IMO.
  16. And the enviros and Euros squealed in delight. No thanks.
  17. LMFAO! Come on, now. I didn't say "plug" or anything close to it. I'm usually serviced by females at Starbucks and some are rather attractive. There is this one kid at a local 'Bucks in Barnes & Noble. He's not Romanian but maybe I can get him to give me a few java chips?
  18. We've seen the new Altima and it's a warmed over version of the previous-gen but now with jello-filled taillights.
  19. sciguy_0504 replied to pow's topic in Cadillac
Needs to gain momentum. The Euros thought, "Ahh, great, another Cadillac, another American car." Now they need to be shown that's not the case.
  20. I hope the person who designed VDIM was fired, too.
  21. LOL. The RWD Tiburon would be cool but the warmed over Accord look of the Sonata leaves much to be desired. By the way, I thought we all disliked bland, boring, blah, blah, blah? The new Camry stands apart from every one of it classmates save the Fusion.
  22. sciguy_0504 replied to Flybrian's topic in Toyota
LOL at some of the responses. Even so, Toyota's growth is coming at an expense and it needs to slow down until everyone who designs and assembles cars has time to adjust.
  23. Midsize BOF SUV sales are not tanking. When gas was cheap and buying such a car was the new thing their sales were artificially high. Now they are going back down to a normal level. People who either really want one or need to have one will buy one. Others will buy something else.
  24. I think the new Explorer is pretty nice. It looks classy, IMO.
