Welcome to Brookville, Pa
Technically, it's a creek. :D Anyways, all of this has inspired me to take some additional pics of good ol' historic Brooville. Don't know when I will, but want to get so close ups of some things as well as some things that aren't shown. Also... sometime later this year... probably a few weeks from now, I want to take some pics of the fall's beauty. :P

GM Phasing out 3800 V6?
The 3.9L isn't too technological. It just has VVT, which is almost useless on a push-rod, imo.

GM Phasing out 3800 V6?
I like the Series III Supercharged 3800... The rest, well, not so much. If it being phased out means that it will have to be removed from the Lucerne where it doesn't belong, I don't think I'll shed any tears. They go well with Fieros, but that doesn't warrant it still being produced as used ones will always be plentiful. So... bring on the DOHCs... :D

How Many More Body Blows!?!?
Exactly. If Pontiac ever goes... I'm not going to settle for a Chevy. I'll leave GM for the truest replacement possible. I'm not alone here, either... (although Pontiac haters like to suggest that) I belong to enough Pontiac car forums to know that a good amount of them from each would. Anyways, this happened with Oldsmobile too. Most didn't stick around and GM has never regained those sales. The same will happen with eliminating another brand... even Saturn.

Things I'm tired of
Yeah... Pretty much. :D

Which name do you prefer?
Exactly... Tempest isn't right for the G6. Everybody would complain that it isn't RWD (especially Sixty8). Save it for something else... maybe another Corsica. But seriously, it needs to be called what it is; a Grand Am. That's why anyone who voted for anything other than Grand Am needs to be shot. :D :P

Should Honda make a full-size chassis?
I agree and disagree. I do think Honda needs this and the V8, but from the sounds of it, you want atleast the Acura version to be huge. Limo capability, V10, reclining back seats?!?!? Holy hell... is it's direct competition Maybach? How about keeping about Chrysler LX sized... no bigger, and with the V8. Keep with Acura's sleek and stealthy styling and refined interior. As for the Honda version... Basically the same size as the Acura would be. Make a V6 standard with the V8 being a high-end option. Styling wouldn't be bland, but wouldn't stray too far from Honda's usual. Same with the interior. Idk about a Prelude, though... This chassis seems way to large for a Prelude. And it really never was a 2+2 grand tourer. The idea of a V8 is fine, but a V6 would do it well anyways.

Shaved pussies... That's not exactly the kind I was thinking about. :P Anyways, don't worry Ocnblu, I liked your idea... :D

Things I'm tired of
Oh... but it does. If somebody disses Pontiac, I go into a never ending depression and eventually commit suicide. It's sad... I know.

Larger Engines in the Corvette?
I think that some GM engines from that time were overrated. I think it'd be interesting to test them under the new SAE rules. The Quad4 is rough engine, although I love how it sounds. Much better than the vacuum sweeper that is the Ecotec 2.2L. It's the best sounding 4cyl, imo. It is interesting that the power levels are higher than today's engines. The regular Quad4 had 155hp and something like 150lbft of torque and had just as good fuel mileage (everything depending on the year). The HO is better with 180hp and 160lbft of torque with almost as good mileage (again, all depends on year).

Toys you played with as a kid
Hmm... hard to tell as I don't exactly have a career at the moment. :D As for my planned career, well, let's see: When I was young I played with toy cars. Hotwheels... Matchbox... etc. I had die-cast collectibles, RC cars, and such, too. I was infatuated with cars. My planed career is to do be an Automotive designer. If that doesn't work out, I'll try being specialty 'aftermarket' designer. If not that, simply something having to do with automobiles. So... you guys tell me... has any of that influenced me? http://www.cheersandgears.com/public/style_emoticons//AH-HA_wink.gif

GM changes top manager in performance division
Hey... People generalize about Pontiac too. Nobody ever seems to have a problem with it, except me. So why is there a problem if I do it about California? Besides... I've been to California. 3 times. Sacramento twice and Los Angeles once. Each time with my grandma. Twice with her old Sunfire to Sacramento. I'll just say that other than it's beauty, I wasn't impressed. Most of my reasons for hating it came from those times. The overall reason is that it is a state packed full of Pontiac haters. But I don't want to get into this again... I've explained my reasoning before... Back to the analysts... Okay, so it is more like educated guesses. Sorry. :P Anywho... Yeah, I show my age. I know that. I'm 16 and I'm immature. I can't help it. If I could, I can tell you that I would. Do you think I like how I am? I don't. I wish I could be different. I'm just not intelligent enough nor... capable of it. So... I try to accept it and deal with it...

GM changes top manager in performance division
No... I'm not, actually. I made no mention of any auto reviewer or where they are located. Now I will. They are not all wrong. If they are, it's not like they're complete retards. They just aren't being completely fair. I mean, Most can't leave their biases out of reviews. Images, perception, and reputation matter to them. They worry about the most irrelevant things and are so anal about everything. They use too much personal opinion and taste. They make unfair comparisons. Again, that's not saying every one is this way, but finding a fair review is hard to do. Thanks for bringing this up even though I said nothing about it... It'll just clear even more things up. :D

Every concerned parent must read!
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article....RTICLE_ID=29977 http://www.therealitycheck.org/GuestColumn...lenax120904.htm Just a few facts to back up the examples in my previous post. All of the court cases were brought by people "offended" by Christianity. Croc, how can someone be "offended" by the phrase "Christmas Vacation?" How can someone sue over that? If your life is dedicated to something so petty, you need help. Exactly like you and I have said, no one is forced to say the Pledge and (on top of that) don't need to say the phrase "under God." So what's the problem? Why have that phrase taken out when 98% of the country has no problem saying it and you can avoid saying the entire Pledge or just that phrase? [post="24482"][/post] The same thing is happening at my school. Christmas vacation must now be referred to as a "winter break". Same with other Christian holiday's like Easter. I completely agree... Anyways, I believe that "everyone should be free to practice whatever they want to, where ever they want to, whenever they want to, regardless who is "offended." BTW, I don't really have a religion. I participate in holidays. However... I don't really believe in God. I don't really believe in heaven or hell. It is all one big fairy tale to me. Technically, I guess I'm a christian who doesn't belive.. :P

Acura Sets September Sales Record
Well... I don't care what anyone says. I really, really like the RL. It looks better than most of its competitors. The rest is appealing to me as well... including the SH-AWD and the engine. And it does not look like an Accord. :D
