My dog Smokey and his sister Sabrina (roommates dog) are always after the animals out here, rabbits, coons, ground squirrels. Makes me worry about the foxes and coyotes that are out here. They also get a big kick out of the birds...they actually killed a duck and left it on the back deck.

That sounds about right That's ridiculous...it makes me mad that they have these different classes especially when they put a Malibu/G6 etc in the midsize, intermediate, and fullsize categories

My mom loves the Camaro too. Unfortunately I don't think she'll ever trade in the 03 Impala.

Last time I was at enterprise, the basic full-size we got was a Malibu. G6, Impala, and Altima were other choices. The Charger and 300 were more for some reason.

I'm usually on here telling people to wait until they see the finished product in the flesh, but I'm really disappointed right now...I was hoping for something completely fresh and exciting...right now this just looks slightly warmed over...I hope when I do see it in it's entirety, it is more appealing

I would echo the sentiments about making sure everything with the brakes are in good shape. Mine hasn't had any problems other than needing a new cooling fan module and switch (which which can be pretty pricey) and needing new pads relatively often. As far as Rust goes, I can't offer any help because mine has been in Wyoming for all of it's 6 years, and there's not a spot on it...

That is pretty low really. If you want crazy low miles, my grandma just recently traded in her 92 Mercury GM on an 09 Outback and it only had 42K on it...I put more miles on my Jeep in 3 years than it ever saw w/ my grandparents

If you notice the first photo, it also has the SP 888 RK license plate on the front. Maybe they really did have these license plates...

I would really like to see Mercury become Ford's NEW Buick, but I don't see it happening. They need a Focus size sedan and maybe a wagon or hatch, a more original Milan replacement possibly with coupe and wagon, a more original Mariner replacement, and some sort of convertible would be nice, but not as necesarry. I think a new crossover to replace the Mountaineer would help too. The problem w/ Merucry is that everything they have is better as a Ford in my opinion. Not a single one of their cars has an original interior which I think would help differentiate the vehicles alot.

I think you're right. He had to show that if they don't get the changes they want, then the board will make their own changes. Hopefully Whitacre can do a good job until Henderson's replacement is found. The new appointments this morning seem like a step in the right direction.
