  1. Actually I'd like to add a Fit and a MINI to my fleet... Get one of those good looking Fury's from the early 70's with the hideaway headlights...a very menacing looking car, and it would look fabulous next to the B-59. Alex Baron, my high school Gym teacher/football coach (didn't play FB, just kept stats, etc.) drove one. It had a slightly bent front bumper, and ole Alex was an NFL sized guy with a mean look to him. Made people NOTICE when that damned car came in the parking lot... (As an aside, Alex wasn't menacing at all, he was a great teacher and a great guy...) But seriously, a Fury 2 Dr HT (go back and re-read your own posts about the B- Piller thingie, the HARDTOP is the one ya want...) would be the Cat's ass. Chris
  2. I am liking the Fit also, as well as the Nissan Cube and a few other of the new "small" cars. They are cool in a funky sort of way. And your write, blu writes very well. Chris
  3. If people had bought the RSX, they would ahve kept it. Chris
  4. The train is better looking.... Chris
  5. Really....I'd have thought it was a real "tank" to park. Was the avi ever available with Diesel? Chris
  6. I'm voting for Obama but I've voted for plenty of Republicans in the past. Chris
  7. Wow, Saab is on its ass... Chris
  8. What we need is a Medium duty SUV with real diesel power. 23 m.p.g., enough tourque to haul a real camping trailer, easier to park than Oldsmoboi's Avi, etc. But I'm dreaming, I think. Chris
  9. ...But it's still not as cool as the AVI.... Chris
  10. The EV-1 Really was a cool car, but as the link says, it wasn't ready for prime time. Volt should be fabulous, however. Chris
  11. Welding in floors is really NOT that hard, esp. if your not building a showcar. Chris
  12. I myself would MUCH rather have the Avi of the two... Chris
  13. This is the sad thing, Chryco seemed to be realy finding their way for the longest time and then.....boom. Daimler really effed them good. Chris
  14. One of my sons likes the VUE, but I don't. Chris
  15. I see very few of those "piles" on the road in the US, which would indicate that your probably right. Chris
  16. It's sad to see Chryselr fall on its ass like it has. Valiant, from the 1960's, with a slant six, available as a wagon and a ragtop...great boxy little car, ran forever and a day. Volare, from the 1970's, huge leap bass ackwards. K car, further leap backwards. Neon, LH cars, Chrysler shows hope. Current crop of cars, Chrysler is further behind the 8 ball than ever before. 300M...not really sure, it is a cool car in its own way, but all of Chryco needs to start finding their own way FAST. Chris
  17. I would agree. Starting today, I am looking at real estate on the bus line, seriously. With all due respect to CMG and Dodgefan, if this is the future of automobile design, I'm using public transportation. Chris
  18. I would agree...but also disagree with abstinence only sex education. Chris
  19. Fixed. Chris
  20. Quoted for truth, although I think McCain is much smarter than W and much more his own man. I like the "inclusive value" of a female VP, but not impressed by Ms. Sarah as a candidate. Chris
  21. When one of the guys from my 18 Y.O. daughters church heard that I was voting for Obama, his response was "Why don't you just go out and personally kill 40 million unborn babies? That's what Obama really wants!" He'd be in even more shock if he knew my daughter also will be voting for Obama. Chris
  22. Actually I know lots of guys who do hunt...we need to come together in this nation. These guys want to preserve the environment just as much as the liberals on the left. We need common sense and to realize common goals. Chris
