  1. http://www.oldcarbrochures.com/ This is my go-to site for old car brochures. The 1968 color chart is actually something that a bodyshop would have used.
  2. Looks like # 60517 - "Autumn Bronze Poly". This one is a '68 Firebird 400.
  3. smk???
  4. Real nice colour on this one
  5. Awwww... SWEET PUP.

  7. You can see in the blue Oldsmobile, the velour had a pattern in the pillow portion of the seatback/tufted cushion section of the seat, with plain velour around the edges. The Buick used plain velour throughout. Interesting that the highest trim package Buick came with leather seats, but velour door and quarter trim, per the brochure.
  8. Yup, Oldsmobile seat. This is the Buick Regal Limited seat design, with the "pillow" at the top of the seatback. I also think this Regal may have been optioned with the dark brown/sandstone two-tone 45/45 seat option, per the brochure, and we are looking at a dark brown and tan, not red interior. The fading, coupled with color variations in the photo, are easily misinterpreted.

  10. Only thing I see off is the tan seatbelt. Everything else is red, but faded at different rates.
  11. Well I like Citroens, especially old ones like the 2CV, DS, CM and Ami. Do they even have air suspension anymore, or have they gone with the lowest common denominator, Macpherson struts? Same reason Honda used to be special, their their double wishbones, which allowed a super-low cowl, excellent visibility and deft handling. Sad the homogenization of modern automobildom. And it's only getting worse. Too much consolidation.

  13. Nah that's a Borgward Isabella. Borgward was a German company. They went out of business in 1961. It's a pretty neat little car.

  15. I hate myself for loving it. I would get one with a regular gas motor though. If it's not available, then the deal is off.
  16. I wasn't advocating for a V6 in the RAV4. I was letting trinacriabob know, when he lamented a lack of a 200+ HP NA 4 in a Toyota, that Toyota was already there, by informing him of the horsepower figure in the RAV4, and assuming the same engine has the same power in the Camry. It was YOU who missed the point, not me, then you gloss that over by pointing fingers, like you always do. It is not my fault you didn't understand the point I was making to another commenter when you decided to put your two cents in.
  17. ??? This is a thread about the Camry, not the RAV4. Everybody already knows the RAV4 is a 4 cylinder.
  18. Hybrid 4 cylinders should be relegated to base models because they're crappy.
  19. Z24 Cavalier? Z34 Lumina? Z26 Beretta? Z28 Camaro? Not sure what you mean
