  1. Looks wise inside and out this makes me think 2008...
  2. New Q3 appears to be about 4-5 inches less in length than the XT4. Will be interesting to see which version(s) of the 2.0T the Q3 gets in North America.
  3. Not with the current Encore powertrain. I don't think they are in the same class with the arrival of the new Q3 and the options available with it.
  4. Agreed on the new Q3, it might be the first subcompact/small compact CUV I like quite a bit. Current gen is very meh.
  5. I think the upcoming Prius-V will end up being a better CUV than this.
  6. Have yet to see a Sportback on the road, after seeing the very underwhelming reviews quickly forgot about one I did see perhaps. Mayhem the model run will be short..
  7. Previous phones I was happy to get 3-4 hours. I think the Snapdragon flagship chips of 2017 and 2018 (SD 835, 845) are very efficient. I find certain apps drain the battery even when idle so I tend to monitor that and uninstall them as they are usually not critical. I uninstalled my work VOIP app as an example. I only use it as an emergency when I'm on vacation, so I install it when I take time off.
  8. Had to replace my Note 5 last month due to physical damage :( Got a good deal on a OnePlus 5T that has as much ram as my PC (8gb). So far, so good, love the 7+ hours screen time on a charge and 25 miinutes charging to get me through an average day (from 50 or so to 85% for around 2-3hrs screen time). Also love the very lightly tweaked Android and Treble support.
  9. Agreed, brought back memories of the 2600 growing up, being in a Quake 2 clan in the 90's, and Spielberg storytelling in general.
  10. So many industries are subsidized by governments everywhere in different ways, tariffs are just one part of the equation.
  11. That and the Model3 deliveries have started to ramp up.
  12. Well I hope Hyundai has tonnes of money to burn, I'm guessing almosy all models in progress at FCA aside from Jeep and RAM are crappy because FCA.
  13. That's a pretty good guess IMO. I noticed the XT5 doesn't have a hump and has no performance version.
  14. Yes, but on some platforms like the RDX they manage to keep a flat rear passenger floor regardless of AWD. Since it is a new platform I'm guessing the next MDX will share it and also be flat back there. I'm pretty sure CRV, RAV4, Equinox/Envision/Terrain rear floors are pretty flat too, so this is odd. https://st.motortrend.com/uploads/sites/5/2018/03/2019-Cadillac-XT4-rear-interior-seats-01.jpg
  15. I know GM photography can be crap, but are they blacking out the floor in that picture to hide something, does this 2019 FWD based luxury CUV have a driveshaft hump?? I don't understand why so many still have a prominent one. Here is an RDX, it has a tiny one.
  16. I just checked, the dimensions are pretty much spot on with a Ford Edge, 3 inches longer than previous model.
  17. Isn't this midsize? I think Tucson is their compact.
  18. No mention of the diesel available elsewhere.. Santa Fe SE 2.4 FWD $25,500 Santa Fe SE 2.4 AWD $27,200 Santa Fe SEL 2.4 FWD $27,600 Santa Fe SEL 2.4 AWD $29,300 Santa Fe SEL Plus 2.4 FWD $29,800 Santa Fe SEL Plus 2.4 AWD $31,500 Santa Fe Limited 2.4 FWD $32,600 Santa Fe Limited 2.4 AWD $34,200 Santa Fe Ultimate 2.4 FWD $35,450 Santa Fe Ultimate 2.4 AWD $37,150 Santa Fe Limited 2.0 FWD $34,200 Santa Fe Limited 2.0 AWD $35,900 Santa Fe Ultimate 2.0 FWD $37,100 Santa Fe Ultimate 2.0 AWD $38,800
  19. Last time after drinking about two thirds of that prep drink you mix I couldn't keep it down. Next time hopefully I don't reject it straight away...
  20. I think you mean X1 but yeah.. I think this could have been an XT3 with room between it and the XT5 for another CUV.
  21. I think the XT4 is a bit of a tweener.. Bigger than subcompacts but definitely on the small side of compacts, not really suited for a 2 kid family.. Whereas a q5 or RDX could get by in that regard.
  22. I've yet to see one. My rarest JDM spotting was a Nissan Figaro years ago.
  23. These totally do it for me.
  24. Metric capacity is usually measured in litres.
  25. Is Cadillac putting something like Leatherette in their base models now? The "Premium Luxury" adds leather seating surfaces (one trim level up from the base "Luxury").
